So much tippy tappy stuff in and around the box when they’ve got 10 men back there defending.Still not keen on players refusing to shoot when the shot’s on, but that’s ingrained in them I suppose.
Have a fuckin’ CRACKSo much tippy tappy stuff in and around the box when they’ve got 10 men back there defending.
COVENTRY MENTIONED

These games aren’t going to be played at 100% intensity. Carsley mentioned he was managing players minutes. The importance of these games is similar to preseason, we’re building a style of play to prime us against the teams we struggle to control possession against.
FOOOOORRRRRRRWAARRRRRDDDDDD!!!!SHOOOOOOOOOT
In all seriousness, it would be nice to see more efforts on goal instead of always trying to take an extra touch. Especially when already in a comfortable lead.FOOOOORRRRRRRWAARRRRRDDDDDD!!!!
Believe or not, we had 22 shots in total which is a lot. There were moments where we should’ve shot when we passed and vice versa. Overall it was a good performance despite some defensive wobbles. I think Carsley is likely prioritising his attacking tactical ideas before looking at the defensive side. His U21 team didn’t concede a single goal at the U21 Euros which was impressively dominant! In all seriousness, it would be nice to see more efforts on goal instead of always trying to take an extra touch. Especially when already in a comfortable lead.
I think if Carsley is permanent there is a very good chance he's going to start at the next tournament. No idea why he’s been selected, never going to be taken to a tournament is he.
Cause who wants to queue for over an hour for the Tube/Train for the sake of 5/10 mins of a Nations League game against Finland - Plus the M1 was shut northbound for three junctions last night making getting home even more of a ballacheWhy do loads of people leave England games early?
All a bit crap isn’t it though. I’d be a tad disappointed if I was Madueke making my England debut at a half empty Wembley.Cause who wants to queue for over an hour for the Tube/Train for the sake of 5/10 mins of a Nations League game against Finland - Plus the M1 was shut northbound for three junctions last night making getting home even more of a ballache
I know people in the travel club who give their tickets away for games like this just so they get the loyalty point for their away/tournament tickets

Shouldn’t have gone ‘too attacking’ against HungaryDoesnt help we were playing Finland because we were relegated from group A
