Why is it a 6pm kick off?

Chosen as a International TV game. They must of been last in the queue for games to pick.
Maybe something to do with one side having the longest name in football v dirty racist scum. Maybe they're hoping for a repeat of last season. We also got as close to the final last season as you can get.

Maybe it will be billed as Frank Lampard's Coventry City Football Club v The Racists.

South Stand closed for home supporters as Sheff Wed requested the full allocation. Does that mean 4.5K or 6K?

Seems a bit optimistic. Not like we haven't played them in years or anything.

Are they really going to bring that many to a cup game with a late kick off when most of their fans are seem to be saying on socials they shouldn't bother with this and just play their squad players and kids.

Not sure how it works.

If Sheffield Wednesday request the full allocation, do they have to pay for them?

If so, good business from the club.

If not, a lot of pissed off season ticket holders in the south stand.

Saw a lot of whinging about pricing for Plymouth but not half as much kudos for good pricing here.

Fair play to Doug King an owner that listens to the fans concerns. 😎

I’m not really all that fussed about going but little TGP wants to go so I guess I will have to take him, he hates the idea of missing any games live but if we are on the tv it’s a real push to get him to watch.

A good price and definitely will travel down for this, part pays for accommodation.
I avoided the 37 GBP games although did go to Norwich game. Actually really looking forward to it.

Four succesive games for me. Millwall, Cardiff, Norwich and Sheffield Wednesday.

In Düsseldorf. Match ticket 25 Euro against FC Magdeburg equivalent of Championship. Two top quality Beers for 9.90 Euro. Four pasteries Breakfast from Lidl , 2.98 Euro. 45k train journey from Cologne 12 Euro. Top Vietnamese meal 12.90 Euro.

Glüwien 5 Euro, Sausage 5 Euro. Manchester last week 6 GGP and 7 GBP respectively.

Germany, how can say is so much better value and a more sophisticated country.

It's not a more sophisticated country it's basically bankrupted itself by not having access to access to cheap energy.

I know it

I know it well to as part of my family is German. With it's dubious past with Nazism and it's lurch back to that way with disastrous centrist Green politics and support for genocide yes it's so sophisticated isn't it
It has a dark past for sure.

German society is definitely more sophisticated and civilised. There is some still embedded racism but that has been stoked up in the UK in last 9 years.

Sensible pricing at £14 (inc booking fee 🙄) but will be surprised if it’s over 20,000-where as £38 gets you a near sell out v Plymouth 😁

And 80% companies still having fax machines, totally dependant on manufacturing (mainly cars) and really shit internet.
That said love it there. Spent more time in Berlin than any other European city apart from London.

Using internet in Düsseldorf stadium. Free u bahn transport to station 50 meters from stadium. Selling beer in the seating area. No obvious bad language and families here. Singing has never stopped in last 52 minutes.

Bad thing, smoking everywhere like there was in Darmstad end and elsewhere in German stadiums.

I could go on, Sadly I did!!

Met three people in the casino today who didn't even realise that the tickets were already on sale.

All three are season ticket holders.

I know Christmas is a weird time of year, but why aren't the club reaching out more effectively?
