Went there last week, bill was £95 quid, disgusting service - kids running around - and the food was average. Never again! Ended up fuming and fell out with the Mrs.

Id be happy for us to pass on this one he has had multiple chances to come to us and not once has took that up. Better, younger players out there wanting a chance to prove themselves. He has a year left in a current deal that i suppose is decent which he is entitled to sit on

It was widely reported that we were after him when he left Bristol City but eventually chose Swansea. Strangely Robins denied this in the press conference ahead of the Swansea game at the CBS last month but did acknowledge that he tried to buy him when he was manager at Huddersfield.
I’m absolutely not in the know but if you could tell me when he had other opportunities to join us I’m all ears.
You’re right about the bigger point - but it is moot. If the club don’t want him he doesn’t come. We surely need someone however and I haven’t heard a single realistic option mentioned here.
