Only thing to report this morning is there's nothing to report. At the risking of offending people, the only response that matters is sisu's. Everyone has their own opinion and everyone can have a go at double-guessing what sisu will say. But that is just opinions and guessing, nothing more. What will move things forward is sisu's reply. Probably not likely to hear anything over a weekend (?) but fingers crossed for something positive on Monday.
Are they the ones asking questions about it? Nobody is allowed to say anything but things that arse lick kcic etc , that's the rules and alwan.
If you question anything it means you want to stay at sixfields.
Then people wonder why sisu and the fl don't take our fans seriously...
I see king of the nay sayers has entered the forum. Have you started actively chasing sisu yet on all the outstanding questions they have to answer? Or because that has immediate potentially disastrous consequences for the club is it not important therefore you only want answers from someone doing their best to help the club?
From sisu on the new ground and the clubs finances? Don't be stupid.
Sorry, I forgot it was sisu ranting on emails every couple of days demanding answers and moaning when they didn't get any, yet the very same people don't answer them selves.
According to some on here the club shouldn't give us answers as it's nothing to do with fans, just the parties involved
If constructive questions can't be asked then give up now.

If Tim Fisher was spamming the crap out of here with news letters then he would be asked them too.
I take it you've never heard ML ob the radio.
Yes because that was completely relevant to what I was saying wasnt it
More relevant than anything ML ever says on the radio. Never answers a direct question and is the king of rants. Considering you apparently have a problem with this kind of behaviour its surprising you haven't pointed this out on here before. Oh wait, silly me I forgot. In your world the fans answer to the club not the club to the fans.
It's sad to see you and Schmmee have a breakdown on a public forum.More relevant than anything ML ever says on the radio. Never answers a direct question and is the king of rants. Sisu did turn down Hoffman's offer, but to my recollection without any good reason.
Sounds like you gave up on the club a long time ago as you don't ask questions of the people damaging it despite questions being over a year old but expect the people making attempts to fix it give you a full power point presentation at a mmoments notice.
Have you thought of ways Michael can enhance his offer or are you still more interested in derailing any effort to get the club home?
Why?
When a 3 year old is screaming for a chocolate bar do you just give in?
Why are we tiptoeing around Sisu? It's a good deal for the club, it's an amazing deal for the fans. That should be all we care about. Pressure from all sides should be that we want CCFC home and this deal does that with no financial implications for the club.
I await a joint statement from SBT, KCIC and GCBTTR that the club should accept this.
So what do you suggest we do to make it happen. I'm all ears.
Well if the backers are willing to put the money in then ask for the 5,000 limit to be taken away. Make a no strings attached totally free return to the Ricoh for 3 years (assuming the FL are happy).
There's been no confirmation that ACL are happy with this offer, or what the cost will be, but hopefully they will honour the free for a year, then £150k for the next 2 offer from before (and make it clear whether this includes match day costs).
I still think this will be refused, but if you leave room for excuses from SISU then you will receive excuses.
Aside from this deal that we're talking about I think not giving SISU/Otium any money is the best approach.
So, what's everyone's favourite tipple? Drink? Drugs? Lighter fluid?
Me, I'm a coke snorting crack fiend who washes it all down with pints of Southern Comfort.
The deal is already tremendous. You are just extrapolating. Why stop there? Why doesn't KCIC pay for the stadium for free for 5 years? Why not free forever, plus a £500k contribution for player purchases every year? And so on...
The deal is already enough - it does not need gilt edges. If SISU refuses their intentions are laid naked for all to see - not that they were very well clothed to start with.
How do you know it's tremendous without knowing the details???

Sound like my perfect date to be honest.
Because Andy turner said so..

What did ML and TF have to say about the clubs arrangements at a sisu owned stadium? I assume you're on that one too?
I love oranges.
Hate bananas though.
What did ML and TF have to say about the clubs arrangements at a sisu owned stadium? I assume you're on that one too?
I take it that was ML's response. To be fair to TF he is more coherent than that.
I have already made up my mind it's bullshit so don't need to ask.
Much like this offer as there are no answers and people getting angry at questions being asked.
Interesting how you think it's ok for Michael to not answer because the club don't.
He assumes that the details are favourable to CCFC. You appear to assume they are not. Neither is an informed view. Michael - stop all this nonsense here now and tell us the detail about the terms when crowds exceed 5k. Is this an average or per game? What is CCFC's contribution?
