You are correct but then why is everything ACl say and claim treated as law by some on here
she said ive got a bigger cock than anyone on this forumCan someone give a bit more detail on what was said by Nikki this morning?
Can't beat this board.
Nikki Sinclaire meets with Joy Seppalla, asks questions on behalf of the fans and it's written off as pointless.
The KCIC campaign demonstrates outside SISU HQ, doesn't meet JS and doesn't ask any pertinent questions. It's lauded as some sort of heroic act.
I don't know. How many?
True.
But if it came from ACL - "OMG ROFL IT'S TRUUUUUUUU"
BY doing what she is doing, how in your opinion is she moving the process forward to a suitable conclusion when both party's are so deeply entrenched? Are not KCIC and NOPM the only vehicle fans have to try and effect change?
She's an evil right-wing bitch spinning pro-SISU bullshit, what do you fucking expect? At least your post had a purpose: this board is shite now, in essence due to everyone who liked it!

Okay thanks for the heads up, I have now found that and it doesn't say they want it in League 1Think it was part of the £400,000 a year offer but crowds over 16,000, think it went up to £5 over 20,000?
Was in the Trust Q@A with ACL and Sisu, and from the ACL side.
Ridiculous offer, which nobody in their right mind should accept(Which is why Fisher initially accepted it i suppose, then overruled by somebody sensible).
Skybluetrust Q&A said:8: Have rents for Championship and Premiership been offered and agreed?
ACL: Yes, all part of the HOT verbally agreed with CCFC on 29th January 2013 in the presence of the Boards of each party, CCFC subsequently reneged on the agreement. Requirement for extra spectator payments subsequently withdrawn verbally.
CCFC: Yes but additional payments of £3 per spectator over 15k in Championship and £4 per spectator over 16k in Premiership were not acceptable as impacted financial viability (cashflow b/e) and ticket sales our only material source of revenue.
And you know this how?
What I don't get with this levy is that if CCFC are the Ricoh and have no access to revenue from food etc and their only income on the day is from Ticket Sales then taking a % of that is a bit cheeky? If it is CCFC driving people there and the council makes all the money from everything else like food, beers and even parking fines
I haven't read the full terms of the proposed agreement though so I don't really know exactly what is said.
I thought it was an ownership meeting of the Ricoh and as such ACL weren't involved in it which would explain why the ACL directors weren't there - may be wrong.Didn't Joy say she went to a meeting and nobody was there from the council that were meant to be? Lucas / that Martin fella?
I might be wrong though, just going off memory.

The agreement hasn't been released publically as far as I know but this is from the trust Q&A.What I don't get with this levy is that if CCFC are the Ricoh and have no access to revenue from food etc and their only income on the day is from Ticket Sales then taking a % of that is a bit cheeky? Skybluetrust Q&A said:11: Have there been detailed discussions regarding match day income and what revenues CCFC want access to?
ACL: Yes
CCFC: Yes
12: £100,000 has been publicised as the value of food and beverage income – is this 50% of the profits i.e. ACL’s half from the EIC joint venture?
ACL: In principle – we have all accepted that more work is needed on the detail of this, and it needs to be agreed with ACL’s contracted partner Compass, so it is not simply in ACL’s gift. Of course match-day income is also influenced by attendances, these we have seen drop from an average of 13,126 in 11/12 to a current year to date average of 9,259
Match-day F&B Turnover in 11/12 season was £1,010,992, with Nett Profit of £119,903.
ACL would be willing to give CCFC full details of the F & B accounts and were prepared to go open book and even allow CCFC to use the revenue figures in the clubs FFP calculations?
CCFC: CCFC would have to negotiate with ACL partner Compass but if after 3 months Compass would not agree access to this level of revenue indicated by ACL, we would ask that the rent be reduced by £100k
14: Did the club sell the rights to match day catering income to ACL or were these part of the sales of the ACL shares to the Higgs Charity? How much for and when?
ACL: Yes on the sale of its shares to The Higgs Charity. CCFC sold Football Investors Ltd, the non-trading company that owns 50% of the shares in ACL, to the Higgs Charity in 2003 for £6.5m.
CCFC: The club relinquished this income to ACL but I am not aware of what it received in return
This is something that McGinnity and co should have made very clear to SISU when they bought the club, but then SISU should have been thourough to begin with and weren't and that's their fault.
Maybe so, but I don't see any other alternatives maybe when we are more than 2 more games into the season I should judge the effect of NOPM, but so far it doesn't seem like it will work.
We don't have any actual evidence that this £4 levy actually exists, it's just a claim from the Queen of the Shadows and hasn't been proved or denied yet.
30: Are ACL willing to be bound by an agreement brokered by independent mediators or arbitrator?
ACL: No. We have put our best and final offer on the table after months of negotiation with both SISU and CCFC. It was a reasonable and generous offer, as recognised by all 3 CCFC directors in attendance on 29 January 2013, as they verbally accepted it and shook hands in confirmation. We are not prepared to make further concessions, nor do we believe that any mediator could reasonably expect that we would. The ball is in CCFC’s court. Negotiations are now at an end, and the Board of CCFC have been duly notified.
CCFC: Yes. Any Arbitrator(s) would need to look at matters such as the lawfulness of the original licence, the financial viability of ACL, monies paid to ACL for utilities/other services and the fact there appears to be no contract for these and the monies paid by CCFC to ACL during the period of the dispute.
There's no doubting ACL/CCCs role in this mess hasn't been good to say the least, but that is water under the bridge now, only sisu and Joy Sepalla can alter things now alsorts of offers, reduced rent, free rent etc, etc. been made but rejected out of hand by Fisher. Sepalla can over rule that and earn her company an extra £200000 per home game. But I will still dismiss it as rubbish. I think its time for fans to finally realise ACLs role in this whole mess.

This is a good one: Seems that there was only one side wiling to negotiate or be willing to have an independent arbritator.
ACL applied to put us into administration shortly after this meeting it appears.
when have sisu backed the managers ?yup, expected to see the pathetic pro acl posts everywhere
as a neutral CCFC fan,its what i already knew, council are dicks, sisu not much better
but it should be pointed out that since relegation SISU have backed the managers and invested int he club, it does seem they have learnt from past mistakes and if council can stop hindering us maybe we can move forwards and upwards.
balls in councils court, the administrator, football league, neutrals(bar that judge admittedly) all siding with sisu, maybe people should stop screaming conspiracy and realise the council are in the wrong.

Can the non-pro acl fans please tell me what efforts Sisu have made to get ccfc playing in Cov other than applying for JR ????
What I do agree with is that the council are the only party who by changing their current position could bring about resolution! Sisu are still 90% to blame for moving to Northampton though in my opinion irrespective of anything else
