It's cheaper?? I haven't seen any prices quoted, please can you share the info.

Do you think Hinckley will charge £12.5k per game matchday costs plus £100k rent?

No. I don't expect that ACL would either. So to summarise, we don't know which would be cheaper, if it were to happen.

So they would charge less. So Labovitz is right that the council were always out to screw the football club? They actually lied about fixed match day costs?

We can only go buy what they quoted us for league one and league two - that's what we were quoted. So you expect them to give another league two team a better deal than the one they offered us for league two?

Anyway, Hinckley's ground is nearer to liberty way and also empty. It's a bit presumptuous people expect them to go to the Ricoh.

After listening to his interview on Friday how can you believe a single word that he said? The man was all over the place with his comments and clearly flustered in his replies. The interview cried out "lies, lies and more lies". He did not have a clue.

Charging less is my view, you're confusing me with someone who decides on the real charges. Based on the ML interview last night would you believe everything, or anything, he said?

There may well be some fixed match day costs, but it's rather irrelevant as I don't think the owners said 'we'll come back if you reduce the costs', well obviously that was the argument at the start, but the owners seem to have changed their minds on that.

Agreed it's all very presumptuous.

Yes, I would expect them to charge different teams different amounts. I would expect them to charge more to whichever user was making the most money from using the ground.

What even on match day costs?

Which particular ones do you have in mind?

Pitch maintenance, heating, cleaning, maintenance both inside and out the ground. Remember the 12,500 a match does not include stewards and police. Also do Nuneaton have a training ground - if not they'd have to rent the ground every day they wanted to train there.

Oh dear....Tony still believes in the tooth fairy. Poor Tony.
If by that comment you are saying that I believe in fairness and equity then YES I am guilty as charged. I am just not convinced by ML and his comments and think that anyone who is knows absolutely nothing about human behaviour. Lessons can be given but sadly at a cost.

I would be unhappy if the costs you list were charged at a lower rate to a club other than ours, if the other club was having use of the ground on the same season long basis as we had.

WTF has this to do with Nuneaton.

Good luck to them I say.

I would love Nuneaton to get promoted, what an achievement it would be! I would also want them to stay up.

However I wouldn't want them beating us or getting higher league positions than us.

I would hope they could afford to remain in Nuneaton. I wouldn't mind if they played at the Ricoh, but only as a ground share with us, not instead of us..

It would not be ideal, but if it improved the financial footing of both clubs and made both more competitive I could live with it.

It is not ideal and I would rather both clubs had their own facilities. But as we are so close to each other, I would rather share with Nuneaton than anyone else.

Well no, clearly if Nuneaton were offered a better deal then clearly on that accusation he would be 100% correct. There would be no debate.

Why would it? So it costs the same for 12,000 fans as it does 1,000?

And we could have had it for free this season and 100k the next two. What would you say if they got charged for the first season?

Fixed costs are 12,500 per game excluding any variable for attendance size. The free offer included an increase in the fixed charge. Don't be fooled by everything Mucas tells you - I thought you were bigger than that.

Or everything Fisher tells you.

So the offer was bullshit would have ended the same?

Where is all the proof for this stuff you keep spouting?

He is just happy that we are not at that concrete shithole in Holbrooks it is a soulless and never been our home so anything given is bullshit and underhanded.

But Shitfields now that is another matter it is ok to pay nearly 300.000 for a shed.

Now that is what I call value for money.
Post proof of this.

Guesswork I'm afraid.

No it was stated that was the cost. There was a belief this included stewards. The latest accounts prove that the club employs its own stewards and policing is a separate bill. Matchday costs are the proportion of fixed overheads given to the tenant.
