When an adult goes to a game they pay, say £18, when a child goes they may pay £5. Do you think this is fair? There is no difference in the seat being used.

So you think it is fair that one club can be charged £X but CCFC should be charged £XX for the same thing? While ACL keep making statements about how much they want them there, love them etc?

So the football league deserves credit for copying and pasting something onto the website but everything else about them is corrupt, not fit because they allowed SISU to move us etc? Can't have it every way?

There was also the rumour (again, no documentation) that Leicester paid £1,800 for a game there, is there £10k worth of difference of what is used?

FFS Yes...... 10,000 more people and all the facilities needed.
The Leicester continuancy could be accommodated in the bar which is open anyway at £3.50 a pint.

Why do you always generalise ? Just because the FL do one good thing does not make everything they say right and vice versa

What good thing have they done? Aren't you generalising against SISU and Tim Fisher? You will probably say I am an apologist, but all I am doing is turning it back round ;)

You posted that FL copy and paste statement from ACL's PR company as if it was fact and even asked for apology, I have just posted statements back but I am an apologist.

So you think per game it realistically costs £10k difference for ACL?

I hear what you say RT but the difference in price has a valid reason. It is to gain future fans.

Are you suggesting Leicester reserves playing a one off game (or was it two) is the same thing as having 12,000 going to watch Cov play for a season?

If all the circumstances were the same (and this hasn't happened), then I don't believe it's fair to charge CCFC more, and neither do I think ACL would do that.

ML stated again on Friday that the club wants to come back. What attempts are they making?

Of course it isn't the same, there are thousands more blokes pissing and missing the urinals for a start so the utility bills / cleaning would be a lot more. I don't deny that if 3 more stands are open then it will obviously cost more.

I do think if a team is there for the season, it should be cheaper than a one off. A bit like season tickets.

I don't know the figures but I do know its less.
The Acl info can be queried if incorrect.
But TF saying that Northampton put match day costs in the rent just confuses the issue.

You do know why Sisu could not take the offer don't you ?

"pissing and missing the urinals for a start so the utility bills / cleaning would be a lot more." That is just such a cheep comment. You should be ashamed of yourself for that.

I have said I think all of the statements are probably spun to shit. You posted that in reply to Gospel as well as asking for a cocky apology like it was a scanned copy of the terms or something.

If you don't know the figures, how do you know it is less?

The accounts the other day showed things for stewards and policing and I think the club always paid for these.

I have no idea why SISU couldn't take that offer, you obviously do though so why not tell me?

True though, especially when people have had a few. (I can't tell if you are being serious or not though)

Urinals. It's troughs where I go. You in the board room ?

Nah, Tim stopped inviting me because I pissed on the marble floor after we did shots of jaiger off Steve Waggot's tits and got in a bit of a state. Didn't even make the toilet.

How was our performance today italia? Listened to CWR coverage but missed the phone in after.

First 20 minutes terrible. Thought we were going to be thrashed. Two easy goals not tracking players. Murphy continuously shaking his head at defence.
Second half was better but few chances and we never looked like scoring. No real attacking down the wings
Wilson should have buried one and was unlucky at the end with a cross goal shot.
Close shaves after Willis long throws seemed dangerous but not a lot else.

Balti Pies nice but small but it was nice and friendly in the area outside the stand where we had a few drinks.

There's no way in the world Cardoza hasn't taken costs into account when calculating the rent. It's just that he's given a flat rate for everything rather than splitting it out. If you're looking to compare and ACL offer the Ricoh for free plus costs are we therefore saying Northampton would offer free inclusive of matchday costs? Of course they wouldn't as they'd lose money but some on here seem to think that's what ACL should do.

I would imagine costs at a 30K stadium are slightly higher than at a 8K stadium (with a much higher attendance) before you even consider the fact that Northampton are the main users of the stadium and as such would take on most of the costs.

Also are we comparing like with like? At Sixfields we turn up once every couple of weeks, use it for a few hours and leave. Is that the same as what is being proposed at the Ricoh or are ACL offering the same facilities as before which included a retail store and office space? If they're offering more facilities used on a daily basis doesn't it stand to reason that the costs are higher?

If Nuneaton moved in on a temporary basis they may just be renting on matchday and continuing to train and run the club from where they are now. But as far as we know they aren't moving to the Ricoh and no such deal has been done so it's a bit pointless to be arguing about what they might be offered by ACL should they approach them.

So what you are saying Nick is that IF Nuneaton can finish in the top 5, win promotion to the FL and decide that the Ricoh is their best option that they should pay the same as we would for crowds of 12,000 on average when they would only have about lets say 1,000? And you also seem to know how much they would be charged?

Would you say that they would supply at least 25 staff per stand? Shit wage of about £7 per hour? Only 3 hours a game? 4 stands x 25 = 100. 100 x 21 = £2,100. There are also other costs involved for these staff. It would cost them a minimum of 3k at a guess.....and that is for only 25 per stand.

If all the IF's happened they would only need 1 stand. How many of their own staff do they already use? Could an agreement be made? If not there could be over a 2k saving there alone.

Or we could work it out another way. 12k costs for a 12k crowd. 1k costs for a 1k crowd :thinking about:

Or are some getting upset that we could have Nuneaton playing in what should be our home whilst their own ground is updated.....if they could afford to update it so will be looking for any reason for it not to happen? I hear a few on here mention a ground in Hinckley. Is it up to league standards? If it is unused how much would it cost to get ready for football again?

Football league is a step too far for them, take them over, move them to the Ricoh, change the name and leave sisu holding the baby and debts in Northampton

Have you read anything? Especially the bits where I said of course things will be slightly different. What about the bit where I said nobody knows exactly? You just rant away with some made up sums.

I have also said it wouldn't bother me if Nuneaton played there?

What would the 25 staff be doing in each stand?

1,500 or if a big away following up to 2,500 but Hinckley is more sensible.

The Hinckley ground holds 4,329. It would be more sensible for us to play there and not Northampton.

Does anyone know who the present owner is or if it is still usable for playing football on?

Forget us moving there. I see SISU had talks alledgedly December 2012 on moving there http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20714161
