I'm flying in from Switzerland - there are a group of four of us in the Geneva region who get together for games when we're on TV (and go to games separately). Also got friends flying in from Mildura in Australia.

My cousin has, like a lot of fans (having not been old enough for 87), been waiting all his life for City at Wembley. And would you know it, 5 months after moving to Melbourne he gets his wish. Picked up his tickets yesterday and the mad git is flying home for a long weekend

I'd just turned 9 in May '87. Watched all the build up and the match on tv in my full city kit and 2 scarves - my regular one and a cup final scarf my parents had bought me, together with an advance match programme . Didn't think anything more of it at the time, was just a city mad kid watching my team in the cup final who loved his new gifts.
Just before I moved out here 10 years ago, was having a pint with my Dad and don't remember how it came up now but we were talking City and something to do with the cup final was mentioned.
Suddenly my Dad just started bawling his eyes out and saying how sorry he was he couldn't take me to Wembley all those years ago because at the time they were in some financial troubles and he couldn't afford the blackmarket ticket prices. Daft bugger had been living with the guilt for 20 years. So finally there's another chance to go, and this time I'm going to make sure I get a ticket so he can finally let it go!

I've decided that rather and wait until the stub day on the 8th March I am going to go in the Bobby Moore area and pay the big bucks. I didn't want to but its seems that its that or miss out and that is not an option for me and my 2 boys.
So we will fly in on the 1st and fly out on the 3rd.

Wow, who'd have thought Tim Peake was a Sky Blue. Good on ya mate.

I'm flying into Birmingham in a private jet with a group of mates from Marbella as we'll already be on a previously arranged stag week. Never had any faith in the boys that they could get to Wembley, that's me taught an expensive lesson.

Don't know how we are getting back though as we could only afford a one way charter.
