Not remotely similar players.Would have been a brilliant signing at any time during his career with Walsall, Forest or Swansea. He turned us down for Swansea but then we declined the chance to sign him after he fell out with Russell Martin.
Given that we seemed to court Matty James in September I’m not against it in principle but he’s played almost no competitive football this season and that’s a concern.
Will support him if he finally does join us, for however long.
Oh and his fam are Cov fans but he supported Liverpool I believe

Even if he’d been a regular for Charlotte he would be just starting pre-season with them now. He was also on about £8,500 a week.
