....good work in midfield and central defence?
All over
Very hard work, high intensity and well organised.

Can we keep this up after such a disciplined and hard working performance yesterday with such a short space between games.

Still think that this is a better (but very difficult!) opportunity than Luton.

Luton absolutely bombarded Derby with high long balls in between the back line and keeper.

Would think Thomas would be better suited to this type of opposition ( Luton) than Lati.

Just watched the Boro/Plymouth highlights. Plymouth had some fantastic opportunities to win the game, but fluffed them.

They look a quick side too, so we will need to be at our best to win through.

I think we will. Could be close though.

They are bottom of the league for a reason, and they are coming off the back of a mentally draining defeat, and huge journey home. If we don't have the mental strength and steel to go out and put in a winning performance tomorrow, then we'd really struggle in the play offs even if we make it.

I've got the day off of work, also wedding anniversary weekend. I'd like to think something stupid fun like a 5-3 win. B Thomas x1, OG, Simms x2, Norms x1 in stoppage time.

Yeah, they did beat Sheff Utd though and they looked good at Middlesbrough at times and were cutting through them

We still should be able to beat them though. We have played very well in the last two games. Play like that again and we should win the game, for sure

Boro nailed on 6 points next 2 games, Wednesday and Norwich can't buy a win between them.

We'll need 4 points from these 2 away games to stay in the top 6 going into the last game imo.
1 point in the next 2 games is enough to leave it in our hands on the last day. Beat Boro and we would be in the play offs.

Yeh I think we're in a good position. Even a point at Plymouth/Luton and I think we're OK as can see us absolutely swatting Boro at home.

They flew back from Middlesbrough. Wilder said they were bottom of the league for a reason before they were beaten there.

The highlights from Friday had them playing well with fast counter attacks. The penalty against them looked like their player joke tapped the Middlesbrough player on the opposite shoulder to confuse / distract him and he then went down like a sack of spuds looking for it and got it

They're not nailed on wins, I think this "on the beach" thing is a myth. There are lots of unexpected results this late in the season. I wouldn't be surprised to see Norwich put a couple of good performances in after Friday's humiliation.

Wednesday fans say they are. Manager knows he’s not here next season. Players don’t give a fuck. We’ve all seen it before. I’d much rather play them than any of our games. Think we’ve got the toughest run in TBH

Well Bristol have Luton away and Leeds away in the next 2

Luton fair enough. Leeds could be promoted and they have Preston with nothing to play for. I think as a three ours are toughest with three teams all scrapping for their lives but that’s just me. Form and attitude matters most at this stage IMO.

Bristol don't have a good away record, having only won 4. It doesn't mean much this late in the season but I would prefer our position to theirs. Luton have taken 9 points from the last 6 games and could be out of the bottom 3 with a win tomorrow. Derby have a tough game away to WBA who will want to atone for Friday and keep their faint hopes alive.
