You're a jinx - Don't go!!!8:20 train from Weymouth, ciders for the journey, couple of cheeky pints pre-match, hopefully watch my first win in 15 FUCKING attempts, then straight back on it to celebrate. PUSB
Same, loved it.That was one of my favourite games of the Robins era - the yellow & blue kit, 3-1 down and down to nine, the Kastaneer slide, Rose's goal. A unbelievable game
What's with the eggs?
If you mix it with the Guinness you can clear out the train carriagesWhat's with the eggs?
I’ve got to break this curse eventually, mate! Saturday is the day, I can feel it.You're a jinx - Don't go!!!
Shipley had a half decent chance to win it in injury time as well.Mine too. If memory serves, we had a goal disallowed before Rose's equaliser, didn't we?
Think that was also from a long throw in from roughly the same place as Rose's equaliser, can't remember what it was disallowed for, though.
H.P.What's with the eggs?
Does anybody know if kastaneer is still sliding? Where did he eventually stop? That was one of my favourite games of the Robins era - the yellow & blue kit, 3-1 down and down to nine, the Kastaneer slide, Rose's goal. A unbelievable game
Collins will stay in goal for the next game, why would you change it after a win where he's made two good saves? Would probably keep the same back 5 bar Bidwell in for Da Silva. Would probably go with Simms over Bassette too but otherwise unchanged.
I think it will be Eccles, Bidwell and Simms to start replacing Torp, DaSilva and Bassette, otherwise same.Collins will stay in goal for the next game, why would you change it after a win where he's made two good saves? Missing the word otherwise there. Also missing the reality that changing goalkeepers by the game is not normal. This made me LOL.
"Why change it?"
"I'd keep it the same"
"I'd change left backs"
"I'd change up front"
"but unchanged"
Football ruins the mind.

I knew we were going up that season after that match... I was confident of itThat was one of my favourite games of the Robins era - the yellow & blue kit, 3-1 down and down to nine, the Kastaneer slide, Rose's goal. A unbelievable game

Though to tell you the truth I would like Lampard to pull a flanker out of the hat to confound the Pompey manager.
Replace Torp?!!!!I think it will be Eccles, Bidwell and Simms to start replacing Torp, DaSilva and Bassette, otherwise same.

Replace Torp?!!!!
I felt that too. That that group of players and staff had what it took - except for Kastaneer of course....I knew we were going up that season after that match... I was confident of it
why on earth drop Torp I thought he provided just the edge in midfield we neededThis is what I think the team will be.

Feel like i'd rather rest him for Plymouth personally. Enjoying this new midfield setup and Pompey away is definitely the harder game.He won't play all 3 games.
It wasn't that long ago he could barely last 15 minutes.
If I've underestimated his fitness and he can start all 3 then great but I doubt he will.

I agree, that's what i think he'll do too.I'm thinking given its an away game he might bench him and go a bit more defensively and play a bit more on the front foot in the home games
Would probably make more sense to rest him for Pompey really as Plymouth at home we're probably going to have more of the ballFeel like i'd rather rest him for Plymouth personally. Enjoying this new midfield setup and Pompey away is definitely the harder game.
