Yeah we beat Burnley 4-0 the Saturday before and a Burnley fan took her top off for those in the WT. I later saw her being sick in a bin or ship near the station.
You got her number?

Claire-Marie: You see, when a striker is going through a lean period, he must become reacquainted with the soccer ball

MR: Alright, Ellis, how's it going son?

Simms: Yeah, I'm okay boss

Claire-Marie: In order to become one with the ball, you must become the ball

Simms: Get me out of here, boss. Boss? I think I'm going to be sick. I promise I'll score boss!

Clive Eakin: The team looks in pretty good shape?

George Boateng: Good shape, yeah. Yeah, good shape. Good team. Looking very good. Couldn't be better.

Clive Eakin: Having said that we're not actually playing very well at the moment?

George Boateng: No, no. Terrible, terrible. Terrible shape, terrible team, looking very bad.

Clive Eakin: Then again the omens do look very good for Coventry?

George Boateng: Looking good, very good.

Who was the opposition when a topless woman ran on the pitch and kissed Mo Konjic?

I think Bassette starts having scored 4 in the b side. He looked really up for it. I thought he would play a bit part behind Simms and Wright but he has a chance to stake a claim. Wright travelled a lot so possibly on the bench and Asante starts for me in that 10 roll. EMC might get a start out wide on the left.
Whatever the side they will have been well prepared for this one. It's got shades of make or break time about it, so I think we go on and win this one comfortably.

0-3

If we manage to get a result at PNE, I might need to lie down in a dark room until I realise it wasn't a dream. I've always found their ground to be incredibly depressing!

My team for Saturday, taking into account international games [BTA selected, as he's only sat on the bench for Ghana's games]:

Dovin
MVE Thomas Binks JDS
Sheaf Eccles
Rudoni
Saka BTA EMC

Subs
Collins
Kirching
Lati
Torp
Andrews
Simms
Wright
Bassett
Tavares
Home support is genuinely shocking.
Was there the night we lost 2-1 , 0-1 ht , T.Walker actually scoo

Why Asante in 10? He has no real 10 attributes and has never played there.

Positive feeling about tomorrow.

MR has had focused time to think, plan and subsequently work with the players. The players may have had a week off, but I hope the coaching staff didn’t take that long - while our players are underperforming, our tactics are non-existent.

On paper we have the stronger team, albeit we know that doesn’t always mean much.

I would love us to play an aggressive high press and quick ball on the offensive. We have a lot of pace in the team, so it suits our players. Albeit it unfortunately means Simms doesn’t start (and I’m a big Simms fan).

0-3, march to the arch starts tomorrow and the over the top negativity on here is paused.

Think if we don’t get a reaction next two games I’ll be really worried. Been on OK one god awful game recently.
