Loved the team called cheap thrills on swos! Hilarious for a kid having a manager called wayne Kerr!

I didn't like Kick Off because of the control method that had the ball continue along even when you tried to change direction, I get that they wanted to add more skill and not have the ball stick to a player's foot but it felt more like a Subbuteo sim than a football one.

Emlyn Hughes' Soccer on C64 was my first love though, after a love-hate relationship with the basic football cart that came before. If I tried to compile a list of all the football games I've owned it'd probably make for some serious spending.
Remember the first time playing emlyn Hughes and crying with laughter when I heard the farty sound effects!

Never played the God of War series, but Last of Us is top 5 all-time for me.

I don't know if you've been on PSN+ before, but whenever they have new games you should add them to your library which keeps them available to you for free even if you don't ever bother downloading.

Save everything to cloud immediately, saves you some time when your HDD is full and if it crashes and burns after 18 months!!

Yep, I download everything that's free to our PS4, PS3 and Vita. We don't tend to play them but I did enjoy having a go on Limbo at the weekend. That was a good freebie.

We have a PS4 but my lad wants an Xbox One now for Christmas as none of his mates have a PS4. He's on as Torchomatic too if anyone wants to play him. He's bloody brilliant at it, I've never beaten him yet and he whupped me 8-0 the other night. Little shit.

ok, im not trying to troll guys but i honestly think the fifa demo is shit. its such a basic game, i do not understand how people can say they think its a good game

presentation wise it blows pes out thr water, menus, stadiums, commentaters etc. i 100% see this

but the actual game sucks ass, the ball moves on rails, the sound effect for ever pass is ridiculous, the collision system has been overtaken by pes(fifa started it props),the graphics of actual players is terrible compared to pes and the player id is not there, no difference between handling kroos or bale

my honest opinion anyway

btw here is my first ever ps4 video lol, the magic of the manual pass by frank ribery, i love this simple yet realistic play, perfectly weighted by yours truly to allow lahm to run on to it.

I don't go near manual passes, I don't have the dexterity for it with the sticks. Any golf game I have to adjust my shot for the natural hook I put on it every time.

dude if you on pes this year you have to master manual pass!, its jsut hold LT (L2) whilst passing. did you see my vid? that pass by ribery doesnt go to players feet or roll too far as it would with y button through ball, its just perfectly weighted. so satisfying.

add me on ps4 for some games?

I'll give it a try on the demo, but I'm predicting a lot of passes to the linesman or speculative through balls to nobody!

lol just try to "feel" it rather than aim the arrow, its easier than you think!

you reckon shareplay works on the demo? could have a 2 player game if so?

They block it on demos and betas, I remember trying it with The Club. Some block you recording and getting screenshots too but that's a bit more rare.

lets just hope they dont block the main game

have you used it before? is it any better/worse than playing on a online lobby?

I put FIFA on, in the options you can adjust the shot power, running speed. Never seen that in the other versions and assume it is offline only but quite fun having 100 speed, 100 shot power and 100 shot accuracy!

Is fleck really a better dribbler and Vincelot on par at dribbling with Maddison?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - so please excuse any spelling or grammar errors :)

re: Maddison, young players are always low rated to begin with, his attributes are very respectable for someone with so little senior experience, he'll continually improve.

Fleck isn't particularly slow, 63 sprint speed is pretty average for a League 1 CM. Lovely passing attributes too.

Yet there's little worth in assessing soccer sims by the weight of their game modes, or indeed, the breadth of their official licences. All that truly matters is what unfolds in those virtual ninety minutes, either against a friend, an online stranger, or the computer. On that test alone, PES 2016 represents the best game in the series since the PlayStation 2 era.

gamespot - 9/10

the same game nick said was terrible lololololol

The same review from a user also was amazed that AI players run into space and ask for the ball.

It was that realistic when I played that when the goalie threw the ball out, a magic gust of wind made it suddenly get a surge of power and go back up.

If there's a day one file that just does the names I'll be happy enough, that was the grind that put me off last time most of all.

wether its best of all time or not its clearly better than fifa this year. but will the fanboys admit it? of course not.

Adam Cook - God is a Geek

"Sure, it doesn't have all the licences, but on the pitch, where it actually matters, PES 2016 is phenomenal. You'll have a day off from playing it and forget, but then return and remember how truly special it feels to just play football. It's the best football game I've played in as long as I can remember (and I've just about played them all), and an utterly essential purchase. PES 2016 is the best there is, and the best there's been in a very long time. How crazy it is to think that Konami has made the two best games of 2015."
