You can trip somebody's back foot or rugby tackle them and it's not a pen but touch their shirt and it's given straight away.

Unfortunately, I think they have blown their chance. No way on this earth that Belgium will be as poor the second half and spaces are now beginning to appear in the Canadian backline.
