I saw something earlier and it was fucking horrible. Its not something I can stomach. I can watch a lot of things but if it's children or animals, no.

Saw a video that looks to be the suspect in a green hoodie and police but not sure if it's real.

Don't think its being shared with glee, people are afraid that this will get swept under the carpet but plenty of people shouting them down to show respect to the parents - which is where I stand.

This is the age we are in.

I remember the story a couple of years back when someone got stabbed in a cafe I think, and some "youth" was recording selfie videos with the victim bleeding out.

I don't want any part of that society.

The police have been very careful about how they have worded things. There's clearly damage limitation to manage the public reaction.

It makes no difference to the poor families and victims right now though. 😔

More will come out over time.

There’s a video ITV obtained which shows him pacing around outside the house in a green hoodie then the house getting raided later in the day

'this guy was an illegal immigrant who arrived on a small boat last year... Stop the boats immediately and this wouldn't happen!

So basically no brown people should be allowed in is effectively what you're saying.

You can try and caveat it with your line at the end there about an honest debate without hurling racist around, but some of the stuff in here has been disgusting including that post.

I suggested he could be from Rhondda which is where Tom Jones is from, so it's not unusual.

No it's not racist to say that.

It is racist to say his parents shouldn't have been allowed in the country because their son went on to be a murderer.

The stop the boats crew, unsurprisingly, went all out with the illegal immigrant stuff and when that turned out to be false they've started on his parents now.

He was born in Wales, so it would be incorrect, not racist.

More is bound to come out over time, I still can't see how it isn't a terror offence regardless of his background. He targeted and planned to attack young girls.

Exactly, and he says that immigration is partly to blame for this so he's basically insinuating we can't trust any immigrants.

Like I said, they went all in on him being an illegal immigrant and now they're having to double down.

You are doing some heavy lifting with it though, aren't you? You are bringing skin colour into it when nobody else has while calling other people racist?

Of course immigration has to be questioned? By no means does that mean no immigrant can be trusted. Its weird.

Questions can be asked about integration / immigration etc. It could well be that his mum and dad changed their name to Dave and Sharon and had a chippy tea every week and integrated. (Obviously tongue in cheek but we don't know). It could be that there's been no integration at all.

By no means does discussing that mean that every immigrant is killer, like you are trying to strangely make out.

If he was born in the UK then he is British. His heritage is something else, isn't it?
