Just means you have to put your finger in the ticket slot....Wtf is a digital ticket? If it means an app on a phone then I shall definitely not be using one. I shall remain true to my luddite soul.![]()

Pretty sure it does yepWtf is a digital ticket? If it means an app on a phone then I shall definitely not be using one. I shall remain true to my luddite soul.![]()
You might not have any choice in it, Man Utd season tickets are already digital only and they are not transferable & I suspect other clubs are doing it and we will in the next 2-3 seasonsWtf is a digital ticket? I think they use Google wallet on android, not sure on iPhone. All my tickets for flights are in my Google wallet as well as concert ticketsPretty sure it does yep
Yep Apple wallet tooI think they use Google wallet on android, not sure on iPhone. All my tickets for flights are in my Google wallet as well as concert tickets
Leicester use a digital one and a physical card is charged an extra £25. It didn't go down well with their supportersWtf is a digital ticket? If it means an app on a phone then I shall definitely not be using one. I shall remain true to my luddite soul.![]()
The tyranny of success. The last I heard on club policy on season ticket shares was it was tolerated/allowed, I note it certainly happens in seats near my own from time to time. You might not have any choice in it, Man Utd season tickets are already digital only and they are not transferable & I suspect other clubs are doing it and we will in the next 2-3 seasons![]()
Definitely allowed not so much tolerated if it’s in the same bracket ie adult to adult , senior citizen to senior citizenThe tyranny of success. The last I heard on club policy on season ticket shares was it was tolerated/allowed, I note it certainly happens in seats near my own from time to time.
What if someone hasn't got a smart phone or can't manage to use one?I think they use Google wallet on android, not sure on iPhone. All my tickets for flights are in my Google wallet as well as concert tickets
Then you get a physical card but pay extraWhat if someone hasn't got a smart phone or can't manage to use one?
Why should anyone pay extra? It is a trivial cost to issue a card and they can last years. I think they are already charging for lost card replcement or new cards. Then you get a physical card but pay extra
We’ll seeWhy should anyone pay extra? It is a trivial cost to issue a card and they can last years. I think they are already charging for lost card replcement or new cards.
I am not angry, just making clear my attitude, I won't be the only one who doesn't want to change or comply. We’ll see
Don’t get angry about hypotheticals it’s a slippery slope
That has been an issue with a Man Utd fan who although he has a season ticket has to get a paper ticket to get in & the system thinks he isn't attending and they have removed his season ticket. There was an uproar and they backed down but it is an issue with those without smart phones. What if someone hasn't got a smart phone or can't manage to use one?
And surely they can use reusable cardsWhy should anyone pay extra? It is a trivial cost to issue a card and they can last years. I think they are already charging for lost card replcement or new cards.
Man Utd want unused tickets returned to the club so they can sell them again. My friend who is a STH can only miss 3 games and if he does he will not be allowed to renew his ST, next season it is 2 games. I don't know if he gets anything off Man Utd if he can't go & releases the ticket.Definitely allowed not so much tolerated if it’s in the same bracket ie adult to adult , senior citizen to senior citizen
Be interesting if pictures start being added
I am on 2nd season, same card, I am sure it will be ok for some years to come. And surely they can use reusable cards![]()
Won’t be doing that until we sell outMan Utd want unused tickets returned to the club so they can sell them again. This system is at use at pretty much every arena in the country and multiple other venues such as all the AMG Academy venues and other football clubs have made the move. Its not an issue for anyone else so not really expecting issues for us when the move inevitably comes. What if someone hasn't got a smart phone or can't manage to use one?
You get a refund for that gameMan Utd want unused tickets returned to the club so they can sell them again. It's a touch embarrassing some of that makes it to the football club owner isn't it. My eyes would be rolling into the back of my head if I was him. It's a shame these supporters forums have some of the most pointless questions asked in them, because there are always 3 or 4 really good ones in there
It's like sifting through horse shit to find a diamond
Must pull your hair out at some of the inane drivel Pete
Some great questions such as the lease etc. Then people asking about DVD's ffs
I once went to a Sky Blues forum and some chap spent ages talking about the limited availability of pin badges. It's a shame these supporters forums have some of the most pointless questions asked in them, because there are always 3 or 4 really good ones in there

The chair removes a number of daft questions or repeated questions but if he does too much people complainIt's a touch embarrassing some of that makes it to the football club owner isn't it. My eyes would be rolling into the back of my head if I was him.
Feel like he should have an assistant filtering through the drivel before it gets that far.
The worst discussion was the road closuresIt's a shame these supporters forums have some of the most pointless questions asked in them, because there are always 3 or 4 really good ones in there

Selfish people with loud voices saying just leave everything open.

I think we could function better as a collection of supporters groups
Much like the club is streets away from past ownership models we perhaps need to be better too
Lots of people park close by, or get picked up, so you'd still have traffic. Plus there would be the normal A444 traffic with nothing to do with the football.Could we not just lock the barriers on the 3 car parks and then open them when the pedestrians have cleared, then there is no need for road closures as well, saving £120,000, or is that too simplistic
Slightly concerning that this forum appears to be the 'brains' among fan groups, but here we are...The questions from Sky Blues Talk are usually good as I think any not so useful questions have already been filtered out naturally by this forum.
Some of the questions raised by other groups sound like it's whatever was on their mind that day...
It’s funny I think that’s the London supporters group and I know that you need different voices with different passions and focus to cover everythingSlightly concerning that this forum appears to be the 'brains' among fan groups, but here we are...
