It was nothing to do with flying rights it was to do with components made in the U.K. for the aero industry. Currently they’re certified for use under the EU’s EASA license. If we leave with no deal British made components will no longer be certified to fly, thus grounding aircraft. Worldwide, not just in the EU and U.K. So basically we need to maintain access to EASA for British made aero components, this can’t be done in a no deal situation.

This was said without knowing the final Brexit deal. So we don’t know what clauses are in the deal or what effect Brexit will have on those Chinese firms in Britain.

Are you happy with Juncker?For it to be bribery Junker would have to be responsible for two things. 1) The certification system for aero components. He isn’t 2) responsible for our decision to leave the EU. Which he isn’t. This is to do with international standards and certification. In a no deal situation we’ll just have to get certified elsewhere. No doubt at time and cost but at the end of the day it was our decision to leave and things like this are the reality of it rather than the pipe dream some were sold. Something else Junker isn’t responsible for but no doubt you’ll imagine some elaborate way to blame him.

We aren’t doing as Junker says. We can’t even make our own minds up and get the government to agree on what we want to continue negotiations. Anyone who thinks no deal brexit is a good idea has really lost the plot.

Well I don't consider myself as anything other than average intelligence - & I've sussed it. So as the govt have armies of civil servants gathering & scrutinising - I would be astounded if any part of the govt were not aware.
