You are unreal.
Are you saying that we don't do major trade with China already? Most of the world does. But let's twist some more words.
Which is what the EU is also all about. Lots of our jobs have gone to EU countries. And the EU lent money to Turkey to take jobs from the UK.Just reading some of the reasons Trump pulled out and it seems mainly due to US manufacturing being able under TTP terms to outsource US jobs to places like Vietnam where labour rates are considerably lower without any penalties for doing so as it’s allowed under the rules of TTP membership.
They are stopping all duties on imported cars? Wow
Not us?
Can't you see that your untruths are easy to see? You are moaning about our trade deal with Japan. Now you are saying that we won't get one
So what were you saying? No that’s not what I’m saying, clearly. No matter how much you twist it.
You’ve spent hundreds of pages complaining about European people from within the EU dictating what happens in the EU and now you want to wet your pants with excitement at the prospect of joining another trading block where the people with the biggest influence is likely to be people who aren’t even members. I think that qualifies you as the unreal one.
We are not allowed to join yet because of EU rules and regulations. But the EU break them themselves. We’re leaving the EU so yes, not us. What’s untrue about that exactly.
What trade deal with Japan? The TTP is currently being renegotiated following the US pulling out. What we’ve been invited to join doesn’t yet exist in real terms. It’s also unlikely that we’ll be involved in negotiations either so it’s likely to be a take it or leave it offer. You’re wetting you’re pants about something that in all likelihood is further away from completion than Brexit and just because we’ve been invited doesn’t mean we’ll accept.

Gouda cheese is free of duty to Japan I see as one of the headlines of this deal
I’m changing my vote
94% of EU goods into Japan will be tariff free. I’m sure that covers more than Gouda cheese. Scotch whiskey would have been one benefactor. The deal as a whole equates to something like one third of global trade. It’s a significant trade deal whichever way you look at it.
Yet you seem pissed off that the UK is in advanced talks with making a deal that we were supposed to take years to make if at all.94% of EU goods into Japan will be tariff free. I’m sure that covers more than Gouda cheese. Scotch whiskey would have been one benefactor. The deal as a whole equates to something like one third of global trade. So what were you saying?
They have major trade with China. We have major trade with China. Most of the world has major trade with China. Do you agree with this?
So one major trade with China is different to another major trade with China?
Joining a trade block?
It is a trade agreement between countries. It isn't an EU that costs billions to be a part of. It isn't an EU that stops you from making trade deals elsewhere. It isn't an EU that makes you keep to rules and regulations with the largest country constantly let off with not keeping to them. It isn't an EU that makes you take everyone who has a passport for the trade area.
I can't believe how many are pissed off that trade deals are being made for the UK for when we have left the EU. It just shows that some on here don't have the UK's best interests at heart.
Yet you seem pissed off that the UK is in advanced talks with making a deal that we were supposed to take years to make if at all.

UK welcome to join Pacific trade pact after Brexit, says Japanese PM
Goods or value Tony?
The details aren’t in the public domain but from the articles I’ve read about it it’s goods.
China are not a part of the trade bloc.Look into the reasoning that Obama felt the need to join/create the TPP in the first place. It was about influence and curtailing China’s influence in the Pacific region by the US increasing theirs. Now they’ve pulled out China is once again the dominant market within the region and therefore the major influence on any trading block in the region. I don’t understand how you can acknowledge that the region has major trade with China but then think China won’t be a major influence on how that block goes about it’s business. If we’re “taking back control” joining the TPP is contrary to that. Especially as the major influence won’t even be a member.
It looks more than an invite. But we have to be quiet because of the EU.We’re not in talks, advanced or otherwise. We’ve had an invitation. Nothing else.
You can do that anyway Tony. It’s why countries build production plants in cheap places to reduce material cost
China are not a part of the trade bloc.
And all countries do major trade with China.
Yet it.is good for the EU to have a trade deal with Japan and all is good?
Yet it is a catastrophe that we are joining but we might not join?We might not ever join. Our serving government might agree with Trump and think it’s a bad deal.
I'm not god and I'm not stupid. Bet you wished I was though.God you’re stupid.
You best tell Trump he has it wrong then. Although it’s pretty clear what he means if you think about it.
So you spend so long saying how bad Trump is. Now you put him up as being right? You best tell Trump he has it wrong then. Although it’s pretty clear what he means if you think about it.
It looks more than an invite. But we have to be quiet because of the EU.
So if it is just an invite why have you come out with so much diatribe on the subject?Says who? It was was said in an interview with the FT. Are the FT responsible for post brexit trade deals?
I never knew you held Mr Trumps economic strategy in such high regard Tony
I'm not god and I'm not stupid. Bet you wished I was though.
How about explaining what you mean without making insults. Because you are not making sense.
So it is bad for us to make a deal but good for the EU to make a deal?
So if it is just an invite why have you come out with so much diatribe on the subject?
I don’t but it was a popular move across the US political spectrum and even a broken clock is right twice a day. Have you worked out how he can stop/discourage US companies from outsourcing to Vietnam now they’ve left the TPP?
Me stupid?No, you really are.
The EU aren’t making a deal with the TPP they’re making a deal specifically with Japan. Not nearly the same thing and you’re inability to understand the difference is why you’re stupid.
So you spend so long saying how bad Trump is. Now you put him up as being right?
The bloke is a twat. Could be your next hero though.
So being 100% biased on the side of the EU is being prudent?Because it pays to be prudent and not just piss your pants on the premise that it’s automatically a good deal for the U.K. because somehow it might mean brexit is awesome.
Me stupid?
OK.
So what is the problem with making a deal with Japan and others when there is no problem making deals with Japan and others like you celebrate the EU doing?
Can you leave the truth out for a bit. Tony is digging a hole that his lack of intelligence doesn't allow him to see.Tony his main issue on this was actually the fact he wanted to stuff huge tariffs on steel to protect construction jobs
