In a civilised society there are laws against racism and hate speech. What you’re advocating would take society backwards, it’s shocking you’d even try and normalise it.

I heard Grieve earlier and whilst his intentions may be good in trying to stop a No Deal (I think his ultimate aim is still to stop brexit), I personally believe his (and other staunch remainers) interference makes getting an agreement through Parliament less likely, therefore making No Deal more likely.

Not dissimilar to the ERG. By pushing their ideological Brexit could mean a ‘no confidence’ vote, meaning an election and possibly no Brexit at all.

Both the extremes are the problem and the rest of us (reasonable remain and leave) are stuck in the middle

I heard Grieve earlier and whilst his intentions may be good in trying to stop a No Deal (I think his ultimate aim is still to stop brexit), I personally believe his (and other staunch remainers) interference makes getting an agreement through Parliament less likely, therefore making No Deal more likely.

Not dissimilar to the ERG. By pushing their ideological Brexit could mean a ‘no confidence’ vote, meaning an election and possibly no Brexit at all.

Both the extremes are the problem and the rest of us (reasonable remain and leave) are stuck in the middle

Retaining the status quo is the easiest and safest option. It is not an extreme position.

Well, I’m not €60 better of than I would have been had I waited until next week to change my pounds into euros for no reason. For seeing the shit and turbulence that’s unfolded in British politics this year hardly needed a crystal ball, I’m not claiming to be some sort of genius on this. I brought straight after article 50 was extended and the pound had a bounce.

He has the right to speak freely. He (or anyone else) does not have the right to make shit up and claim 'free speech'. If you make claims they should be able to be backed up by evidence (and proper evidence, not "a poll says x% of people think/feel crime is on the rise/Mexicans are rapists").

If you want free speech it has large amounts of responsibility attached. If you're not willing to be that responsible then you're a potential danger.

The 'May' deal is what the EU offered. Take it or leave it. It wasn't what May asked for.

This still has a long way to go. I don't think it will be a no deal or anything else presently on the table. We still might not even leave. If we didn't have such a pathetic bunch of useless twats running our country or a pathetic bunch of useless twats in opposition we wouldn't be in this situation.

But nobody in their right mind would want a no deal situation. It has as much chance of being good for us as being catastrophic. Will be somewhere in the middle.

It is easy to see that some people do think that perhaps in the face of no deal, one or both sides may adjust their position somewhat.

But that is what is so divisive. For yrs generally people such as us have merely shrugged their shoulders even when such changes in the value of the pound have been more dramatic. Now some of us make it into something that is likely to have a dramatic impact on us all...just because they think it adds weight to their argument.
Reality, £5-10 on the average family holiday budget for a week on the Costa del Sol or similar

Negative inpact? So Germany having a negative impact on their currency because they share it with weak countries like Italy is all bad? What is bad is a strong currency or hyper inflation. I have been saying this for the last few years. But it isn't harming us now like it isn't harming Germany. Those who are being harmed are those with weak economies that share a currency with Germany.

Or would you like to put a spin on having our currency devalued isall bad news. Because if Brexit does go tits up it will be the devalued £ that will save us from harm. Then it will go back to where it should be.
