Things that annoy you (6 Viewers)

Yeah it's just the newer version of it.

Couldn't stand those either, I've worked in some places where I have no idea how they actually get any work done.

In my experience it means the managers do bugger all but talk and everyone else works late to catch up.

I just didn't bother going to them and refused point blank. Most of the time I could have had what they were meeting about done in the time they had been talking about it.

The wife’s put unleaded petrol in my car , which is diesel . Some how I’ve got the blame
How much?

If it's not full, fill it up with diesel. You might get away with it.

(I have, in the past).

She reckons she’s put £20 in , the car conked out on the turn into our road

AA said they’ll come out tomorrow,
I did it when i filled up with £60 worth a few years ago. The aa charged about £200 to empty the tank but did put a fivers worth back in to get you the the petrol station.

Tossers driving around with full beam on.
I had something similar once. Driving down the A45 in my rusty old Austin 1100, and the rust round the headlight finally gave way, and the headlight flipped up and over, and shone right into my eyes !! Only dipped beam though, so I was only blinded for about 10 seconds….

Thank god nothing serious happened as a consequence and this episode has no doubt served as an amusing anecdote for a number of years, but could you imagine the raised eyebrows at your insurance company when they read the details on the claim form if things had gone slightly awry!?

Well, true, but in reality I just slowed down and it dropped back into place. Kept the speed down, and stopped at the Stych. Gaffer tape secured it for a few more months, then it went to car heaven (crabmill autos)

oh, and it had passed an mot a few months earlier…. the night before the crabmill hearse arrived, standing chatting to my neighbour, and heard this horrible grinding noise. The rear of the car looked lower, and on opening the boot, the subframe was inside !!

looking back, the headlight was the least of its problems

Parents who believe they're doing their kids a favour by turning them in to mini adults before they even leave primary school....

...usually the same sharp-elbowed dickheads who pay for private tutors and have convinced themselves to believe all the (paid-for) adult led activities they enrol for count as "play" and "fun".....

..Wrong!

Spotlights on businesses and houses that shine into the eyes of drivers, I get that some people want to light up their premises for security but do they have to blind everyone!?

My normal commute has gone from freewheeling picturesque fun to 3-way temp lights, 4-way temp lights, road closed and shitty diversion. I have no evidence of this but I'm sure all these utility companies got together to work out how to fuck me over.

Got my first one ever and it's been fookin bleeding too!
No good sitting on it - get a soft cushion when you have to sit , difficult in the winter to keep exercising but that also helps - bath in warm water helps me - get some stuff - Steroidal cream - have to stay very clean  healthy food also helps - its a right pain in the arse literally

Is it like an itch up your bum, rather than pain? And when you say blood, just the occasional spec when you wipe?
Makes your arse irritable and if it bleeds its really red blood - important to distinguish between a blown roid and blood in your poo which is really serious and you need to get to a doc and then get tested - as a biker it’s not very helpful and even more annoying I eat pretty healthily and exercise everyday

steroid cream should work within a week ! Unless you have a full time vineyard 😳

Ta m8. It's as you describe, irritable, and the blood is red - but only had a couple of specs. Not super concerned it being anything too bad as had a colonoscopy last year (age related) and all was good. So guess its a case of following your lead, eat a bit better and take the dog for more walks. Apologies to everyone else reading, not a nice thing to be discussing!

The blood was weeping! not just a spec, so I guess it exploded, haha

Not as much blood now, but as @Mcbean said it's bright red, it's defo the roid and not blood in the poo, so it's all good.

I reckon I got it due to sitting at the PC playing FM16 all night!

Roadworks all over the place. Why is it taking them 6 months to replace the bridge on the A45? You see videos on youtube of them doing it within a weekend.

Thats pretty bad but not trusting a fart is even worse when getting old.
A few years ago I tried that Ali for weight loss. It keeps the fat in suspension and you shit out globules of pure fat oil. The number of times I tried to sneak out a quiet one only to find a skiddy mess in my pants!
