Bullshit. No way DimDom has a mate. Hes a WUM and highly likely to have another account/identity. Someone who is so mysoginistic and has such hatred towards women is not a well. Such a worst of the worst coward doing it behind this forum anonymously and wouldn't dare air his views in public or to a woman.
He's an utter embarrassment to Cov - like to think we have a well balanced fan base overall based on a readonable level of human tolerance.

Dom is one of the only accounts that has used their own name and photos before. Bizarre

Just a video of The Gestapo Federal agents picking up a student for apparently writing pro Palestine stuff online.

Perfectly normal. Definitely not fascism.

A terrorist supporter, justified then. Should be the same everywhere for people glorifying terrorists.

They would have not have been that extreme without any evidence

It has now also been confirmed she is accused of being a Hamas sympathiser - revoking a student visa is hardly full on fascism is it?
I often contribute to online discussions regarding the plight & unfair treatment of the Palestinian people 🤔 does this make me a Hamas/terroris supporter.

I'm against the systematic destruction of A race, and being able to criticise any country involved.
The homeland security have revoked her license because there was clearly evidence of her supporting a terrorist organisation. Clearly nothing to do with Palestine and instead focusing on Hamas, stop trying to change the subject. Nobody likes what’s happening in Gaza it’s awful, the Isreal leader is a war criminal. It doesn’t give people the right to shout and post support for Hamas though

Are you stupid? Nobody is saying it’s right what is happening in Palestine, but it’s clear the homeland security have seen things regarding her supporting Hamas. You can hate Hamas and still think what’s happening in Palestine is bad you know……

Is she a Hamas sympathiser or a sympathiser of the Palestinian people?

Criticising Israel/sympathising with Palestine ≠ Hamas sympathiser

I don’t understand your concern.

If you are accusing that action as an example of fascist behaviour then there are far more pertinent examples of the British State acting in a “fascist” way

Is it? Let's not pretend this is a regime that is big on the idea of evidence e.g. vote rigging claims in 2020.

Edit: I've read four or five articles on this and it looks like she's being detained for putting her name to an op-ed criticising a university's position on Israel. Seems she was doxed by a pro-Israeli website.

Also makes Trump's exec. order re: anti-Semitism look a bit weird when he's previously branded people pushing the Jewish replacement theory at public protests as "fine people". In case you're curious...

I’m pleased you feel at ease to put your trust in the Trump administration & the various law enforcement agencies they now have full control over, I’m afraid it’s a trust that I do not share.

It's pretty obvious what the concern is and whatever does or doesn't happen in the UK is irrelevant to this discussion.

If you've got stuff that's happened in the UK and you genuinely want to talk about it, find a relevant thread or start one. Otherwise this is just whataboutery isn't it?

it’s hardly irrelevant when far more blatant acts occur in this country and no one has accused such actions as indicators of fascist ideology lurking in the corridors of Whitehall

It's irrelevant unless you can show there's any actual similarity e.g. detaining someone without charge without producing evidence. If you've got examples, share them. Otherwise you're just derailing the conversation about something specific.

Edit: also worth calling out that unless what you're referring to in the UK has the hallmarks are being action to appease Israel - as this arrest looks like it is - it's hard to see how it can be relevant.

How am I derailing a conversation? No one else seems very interested

People are detained without charge in this country - Assange as an example - it’s absurd to act like you the owner of the discussion on this thread

Isn’t that somewhat fascist?

Assange sought asylum in the Ecuadorian Embassy because he was worried he wouldn't get a fair trial in the USA or elsewhere. If you can explain what that has to do with a student being illegally detained without evidence or charge, I'm all ears. Otherwise it just looks like deflection.

He spent 5 years in belmarsh with no proceedings bought against him
