Fucking hell this might be the worst post in this entire thread and that really takes some doing.
Yep, exactly as I predicted!
No evidence beyond a headline but PVA has swallowed it hook, line and sinker!

Mate, whare is the evidence of bombing?
No broken windows, no smoke, no debris no sign of destruction. People on their phones, (so no interruption to signal etc)
Where is the pictures of the alleged bomb damage ???

That headline could just of easily of read "patients take advantage of good weather to get treatment outside in the sunshine"

Now before the usual suspects start ranting and raving, I'm not saying it didn't happen, but what I am saying is you need to look beyond the headlines, and look for the evidence with your own eyes.
It's way too easy to fall for the propaganda that undoubtedly exists from both sides.

I'd expect to see more such shocking headlines as the USA and the UK struggle to keep public opinion in favour of continuing the senseless slaughter.
WTF?

There is a huge amount of evidence of the bombing and also of children having to be treated outside.

It was a huge hospital, not all of it was damaged (thankfully).

Phones work fine because they destroyed part of a hospital not the telecommunications infrastructure.

Maybe you should look behind it before posting.

Have you not seen the tv footage? Its been all over the media for the last day and a half.
I don't think the bloke in scrubs is a brickie: Director of missile-hit Ukraine children's hospital recalls 'real hell'

It's horrendous, advocates of forever war must be aware that these are the consequences?
Only the consequences of a mad tyrant who has no thought of killing innocent civilians by the thousands. He already did it in Syria (almost like Hitlers dummy run in Spain). If you think Ukraine ceding to Putin will result in less murder and loss of life then you are mistaken.

Absolutely nobody advocates a forever war but plenty of people certainly don’t advocate slicing up a country and handing it to a murderous war criminal who thinks bombing kids hospitals is perfectly fine.

edit: beaten to it

It’s the depressing and inevitable outcome without direct intervention from the West.

So you've got what you wanted then. You're obviously quite happy for children's hospitals to get blown up, well done you.

No I want it to stop with a peace discussion - the likes of the US don't and really could not give a fuck about dead children on foreign soil.

You've said numerous times you don't care about Ukraine or its people and you were quite happy for Putin to do as he pleases.

Mentioned the attempts to shift the balance of the world and got laughed at.

How is that an attempt to shift the balance? It's not a new thing, they've been strategic partners for decades, particularly in defence.

Plus India has more trade with the EU and US than with Russia and China.

It’s in their interests for there to be a shift in power and an end to USA-dominance. Obviously there will be usual burying of sands in heads and arrogance.

Of course it's in their interests. Modi visiting Russia isn't a sign of an impending swing in the world's balance.

India, especially Modi will lay in bed with anyone. Modi has just invited Starmer to India. It doesn’t mean that the pendulum has suddenly swung back the other way again. It’s just Modi laying in bed with anyone. All he’s interested in growing India into the biggest economy in the world because he’s a full time dick swinger, mines bigger than yours.

I'm wondering who's the winner economically, not just arm's manufacturer's,gas exports, inflation, assets ,lives lost?
Cold hard assets increase on either side?
What changed that was deemed ok regards Crimea?
Who comes out the winner on the balance sheet?

Long term it won’t be the west.

Hmm. Russia is spending almost 20% of GDP on the war, there's a huge labour shortage, high inflation, and an interest rate of 16%.

There's no way that Russia on its own comes out financially on top here if that's what you're suggesting, this war will have done long term damage to the Russian economy that will take years if not decades to unwind.

Ultimately, it risks becoming a vassal state to China. That's some price to pay for a rabid nationalist like Putin.

70,000 casualties in two months. About the equivalent to the whole British army.

Absolutely staggering numbers.

This is pretty mad when you look back on it. Russia shoots down a jet killing 300 civilians and the world just shrugs its shoulders and moves on.

I assume this guy had the same outrage when Ukraine missiles blew up a Serbian airline?

How about the Iran airline shot down with 300 killed and the US compensation payments?

It's also pretty mad that, at the time, no one was really all that bothered compared to now. There were even posts on here about a peace agreement signed in 2014, when in reality, the conflict has been going on for years.
