They're writing a ton of it off under admin recovery proposals, so actually, I think my post was valid sir. They aren't looking to bleed the club, only to retain control and recover some of the money they've put in. Why shouldn't they, they aren't a charity?

Are they or are they actually just writing it off on inco terms so that Otium owe it to SBSL who in turn will owe it SISU...plus they inherited over 20 million pounds in paper debt so too write that off does not hurt there value of investment they will require to be repaid.

Thank-you chaps - Bottom line is, SISU haven't done a lot right during their time here. But to support the council in their underhanded efforts to prevent our club from capturing the one asset that would bring greatness again is psych-ward committal worthy.

Unfortunately when you haven't done right by someone repeatedly. To the extent that they 'cheat' on you as put it.

And CCC forced the withdrawl of the club. They have control over the whole city - easiest way to circumvent that is to follow CCFC out of their grab range.

Wasn't ACL going to put Ltd into Admin but SISU got there first?

My understanding is that ACL applied to put us into admin to protect themselves when TF threatened liquidation. Sisu elected to put us into admin as a response to this - they got to choose the administrator.

Some people believed Haskell had made an offer to buy have of ACL. We now know that is not true. We know nothing of the offers tabled. We do know Haskell has now been outbid on at least two occasions. We draw our conclusions.

I made my post with certain ideas of how it would be received, and frankly i'm both disappointed and unsurprised.

Yes, my original post had a condescending tone - You won't win a trophy for pointing that out! Hell, the title is condescending, so there's no 'reading-between-the-lines' necessary. I didn't bring anyone's GCSE grades into the equation.

Bottom line is this; SISU have made a catalog of errors during their tenure. This is not one of them! I'm not defending the past actions of SISU, i'm not defending the inexplicably dumb decisions they have made in recent years. I will however state my opinion which is that the real asshats in recent developments are the arena bosses, and especially the council!

- Telling me I need to 'wake up and smell the coffee' (very original and something I totally didn't anticipate when I chose my username - honest!)
- Telling me 'my head is up my arse' (Again, a real show of class).
- Using SISU's previous blunders (we've all made blunders in our life) as a way of attaching culpability for this particular blunder to SISU instead of the real culprits.

This 'not one penny more' rubbish is fast becoming irksome also. The club is in administration, the club has been sustaining LOSSES. Your lack of investment in matchday revenues isn't going to cripple the club any more than the FFP rules will. It's embarrassing actually to see pictures of five or so people 'protesting'. Consider the magnitude of the protests at Blackburn not too long ago, and there's us with our five cronies and their signs - we are a joke of a football club.

The truth is, the regime has learnt to live without your support, because for the most part, supporters are fickle, and most people have never supported the regime since it's inception.

And god forbid, those big bad investors want to recoup some of the money that they've thrown at this club and it's ungrateful supporters. What on earth do you think they got involved for in the first place? Are our supporters really that primitive?

If this mess isn't resolved before the season arrives, I'll be there, at Northampton supporting the club. And i'll see you all there when Coventry draw Liverpool/Arsenal/Tottenham at home in a cup competition.

Don't forget; Every time our captain facebook-posts about the tennis/the weather or how he's enjoying training; Turn every post into a message telling him to abandon ship, and that his club is total shit! Oh, and how he can't trust his employers.

...Then come here and complain some more with the other 'supporters'.

Sadly mate I discovered long ago that the cliche about not being able to reason people out of a position they haven't reasoned themselves into, is true.

It's all about how much you hate Sisu now. They'll throw out things like 'if you're correct then how come you're in the minority?' and 'I'm not even going to discuss this with you because it's obvious you're a wum'.

It's almost as if they are unable to look at the nuances of the situation, safer in the belief that if one side is bad then the other must be good.

I can only speak for myself, but I fully take on board that the club needs access to more sources of revenue if it is to compete.

I also back the council in their stance on this though. If they are to do a deal re the stadium then it has to be with people they trust - hence the attempt to 'wrest control of the club' from SISU.
