What the fuck has happened to England (1 Viewer)

England have a load of great prospects but fuck all world class players.

Kane is the only you'd consider but his form is shite.

Foden is a great talent but is he any better than Gavi for instance? Time will tell but I don't think he's a generational player.

People make out that England have Ronaldo, Rivaldo and Ronaldinho up front the way people go on.
Bellingham is pretty much at that level. Kane has looked quite sharp for me tonight. Never completely sold on Foden, always feels like he’s missing the end product. Hope I’m wrong.

Shall we replace Southgate in your opinion before the World Cup?
No. I am not part of the Southgate out brigade, and he'sthe most successful Englandmanager i can recall. I was just commenting on your view of Foden.

Good young prospect is not the same as a world class midfielder.

I'm excited by Bellingham but I'm not expecting him to rip the World Cup up.

He was never going to pick Toney because if he did ok he would be pressured into taking him and he won’t take to many strikers as it means he can’t take a ton of right backs.

Watched about twenty minutes is it a friendly as it’s so slow.

Sterling still has this uncanny knack of hitting the ball straight at the keeper hasn't he.

On another note, I am definitely of the opinion that Luke Shaw is our best left back/wing back.

Did you watch the game against Italy? It was like 0.25x speed on YouTube.

Having intentionally missed the Italy game and seeing the first half of this game, I feel like I’ve done my bit. But that’ll be all I think.

England have looked much better tonight. Not that they could look much worse than Friday though.

We at least look a bit more dangerous going forwards for a change.

Germany look a much better side than us, but we do look dangerous on the counter. So boring though, shame about Stones injury, he was probably our best player until then.

Bloody hell, they are even talking about him in the financial pages.

Surely you throw some players on to see how they do in an international before the world cup?

We know Maguire will still be the first choice, for some reason.

Yup. We definitely need to give other players the opportunity
