My real name isn't Monkey or Face, in fact I not even sure why I picked the name... think it was after a bizarre sex act I was told about!

I once ran on the pitch with a bunch of roses for one if the Sky Blue Belles, we played Villa that day.

Nick has already said in the past (and I'm paraphrasing so apologies in advance if I'm putting words in his mouth) that there are people with multiple identities and they are in the "pro ACL" camp.

People discussing this in pub last night. Lots agreeing on who they think some leading posters on here are, and a couple of multiple identities. Some people eg PWKH don't use anonymity, others like kingwalker are pretty open about who they are. So if people have something so say why not have the bottle to say who you are? I was really proud of our team and the SBA yesterday. Pressley and the players deserve so much better than the current mess. As fans we can only do so much but standing together and being united is something which is in our power to do. As is people on here who want to influence others stopping the cowardice of anonymity, growing a pair and be honest about who you are.

I am Moff. I am attracted to bright light, and you leave balls in your wardrobe to discourage me from eating your clothes. I hope that clears up my identity.

Good point torch. I know you are a fan and what you say is your honest opinion. But just seems not quite right that you read posts by someone and think about what they say then hear they are someone in a particular position and they are using anonymity/multiple identities not to express an honest opinion as a fan but promoting the agenda of a particular party. I'm not explaining this very well but I hope you get what I mean

There have been pro sisu people who have been banned and made more accounts too on the other hand.

A large % are anti sisu though

Its a question of ethics. If you come on here as a reporter, researcher, activist or blogger, then its only fair and right that people are aware of your identity. I registered and occasionally posted before I started writing on the City. However, its fairly obvious from the signature that accompany my posts of where I write. Most people seem to make the connection, which is good.

The Trust members are reasonably open, The Higgs Charity couldn't be more so from what I can see and the majority of researchers/bloggers seem to be open with their identities and intentions on here.

Btw, my somewhat silly name was a reference to me and a mate thinking that someone had called Cyrille Regis 'Squirrel' when we were standing on the kop in the rain. We were still at school but it stuck in our heads for years. Since then always had a bit of a thing about playing with names/spellings, which can get you into trouble if you are not careful...

Well a large % of the fan base are anti-Sisu so that would kind of follow.

On topic: I'm with NW here, surely it's the ideas that matter not the source? There's already far too much playing the man not the ball on this site as it is and it gives those with weak arguments an easy get out.

Several people on here know who I am in that they know a member of my family, but that completely ignores the fact that I hold massively different views. I was always taught to "question everything, even what I'm telling you right now".

Tl:dr: attacking a source as bias without offering logical arguments is lazy and should be discouraged.

Does it matter who we are?
We're all City fans!
Minus a few windup merchants, who were born in this city but follow Man Ure/Pool etc...

Surely it's our views that count & as long as we express it well, what's the problem?

I mean do we know who the owner of our club is?

Isn't that the main question need answering?

Ah. A conspiracy thread. To be honest I don't think there are actually any posters on here who are in the public eye other than PWKH who is open and honest enough to post as himself.

But how do you know it's him?
Might be Penelope Wanda Katherine Hughes for all you know? ;)

That's my theory

Depends what you count as "the public eye". We have Trust board members, Michael himself of course and a few bloggers and podcasters, as well as the occasional appearance from Linnell. I'd imagine we have a few councillors as well, simply because they are City fans and therefore probably end up on here.

I also think Torchy is big in Japan ;)

I,am Skybluefred, I attended my first game at Highfield Rd in 1946. My grandad played centre half for Singers FC.
I despise sisu and every thing they stand for and the intimidating way they go about business.I would paint the town SKY BLUE
if they went bust tomorrow.

CCC on the other hand stepped in and saved the Ricoh development when all seemed lost. ACL was formed to manage
the Stadia complex which on it's own is a massive task. Yes the rent was to high for a Championship or 1st division
club, which they have offered reduced terms on.

Basically ACL/CCC have done nothing to harm the club--Sisu on the other hand are destroying it. My only love in all of this is CCFC and playing in Coventry but not under sisu ownership.

Make of that what you like it will not change my opinion.:blue:
