That's Brazil out

I thought England didn't have a chance but loads of the other good teams are shit

Teams obviously progress on merit. That said, England have got to be happy with the way our half of the draw looks with Germany now out. On paper our two games to get to the semis look winnable, where we would probably face France. Not getting carried away of course. There are still games to be won.

It's opening up for England by virtue of everyone else getting themselves knocked out

If the dutch stumble then it is really on

The Dutch are in the top half of the draw, so we would only play them in the final or third place game. It really does look good for us with Spain, USA, Sweeden and the Dutch all in the top half. We do have Australia and France in our half, but they should meet in the quarters and we hopefully play the winner in the semis. That said, there has been a lot of surprises so far.

I know they are saying Nigeria are pressing really well and not giving England a chance on the ball, but our passing when we do have the ball just hasn't been good enough.

That's insane. How is that not a penalty?

And if not a penalty, it has to be a free kick

Would have been a soft penalty but no way was it a clear and obvious error.

The way VAR is being interpreted is a joke.

Also the contact doesn't bring her down, she feels a touch and then dives forward. She even moves her arms like she's going off the high board

We will have to disagree, DOD

She was definitely shoved and even if soft, it was given as a penalty and there was no obvious error.

He interesting to see what they say at half time
they'll say it was a pen and 30 years in prison

I agree with the bbc website and seemingly the majority of people contacting them

Yeah, a few are saying it was though too. Just looked at the same thing myself.

If everyone at half time says no penalty, I am happy to be proved wrong.

You’d have a penalty every 5 minutes if that was one

why would what a panel of massively biased peoples opinion prove anything

Also the BBC put's up both sides up as it's well the BBC, the votey thing is massive in no pen.

If that was given against City you'd be livid, end of really

Yup, I accept what they are saying on the panel.

And that wasn't biased at all was it?
