They picked them a week or so ago. Leicester v Southampton was listed for Friday 8pm. Perhaps they will select a different fixture now so could still be Baggies.

Last season it was 5.45pm Saturday and then 3 on Sunday 12, 2.15 and 4.30pm

I think it only makes sense that we will see the wingback formation again given the lack of wide options. Also allows us to reuse the box midfield which was very good end of last season. Could be interesting to see Haji and Simms as a top 2.
