Nope. That'd be cynical in the extreme.

If COv Utd want to try and work their way up the leagues then fair play to them, and hope they do alright. Piggybacking on our misery is a different ball game however.
Piggybacking on our misery was the entire reason why Cov Utd was set up.

Well that indeed is my problem with them, and what makes me nervous going forward.

There was indeed a lot of chat about them being possibly ready to take over from us, when they were set up, and that wasn't classy.

Now things have settles from them however, it'd be nice if they just forged their own path.

I accept 100 % that you cannot agree but according to every law of physics and philosophy one movement is the result of a previous movement. Everything in the universe conforms to this Law.

not really sure of the relevance of physics to be honest.
The fact it will be registered at company house as a different company and will be shuffled to the bottom of the football pyramid to start from scratch has more relevance to me.
