Hasn’t Front National had a split over the EU with Le Pens second in command leaving and starting his own party because of Le Pens change of direction on the EU? Sure I read that somewhere not that long ago.

If it results in the total destruction of the EU? Yes!

Then what? Smiling over a heap of shattered businesses, unemployed people, a financial crash... collapse of the Euro into over 20 smaller, mostly weak currencies, queues at borders, tariffs and protectionist regulations.... Trump and Putin laughing their socks off as they, or rather their firms, buy up crashed businesses ... Europe on it’s knees? Tallinn falls to Russian Navy... Helsinki under threat as Russia closes the route to St Petersburg... the desire of the Russian military.. Yes, but Juncker has to retire...

That showed ‚em!

Le Pen's PR man quit - he claims - over her "softening of tone" on some issues and took a few of his colleagues with him. There's been no change in core policies and the real reasons he left are somewhat unclear. His party - if you can it that - is more vocal on EU issues than Le Pen is at present.

Disaster = Chaos = disaster. You can argue as to how big the disaster will be.

Leavers have predicted will get great trade deals. They can obviously see better into the future than I can. Take them up on that.
And remainers didnt make any predictions that never happened did they?

The Dutch Guilder was the strongest of all EU member currencies and will be again. It'll be terrible in Germany I'll grant you but what happens outside of Holland is none of my concern.

Thought he was her Vice President and an elected MEP for Front National?

Little Holland will strike deals all over the world... and the Guilder will be a Rock Hard currency.. Pie in the sky... didn’t you have natural gas at the time? What are you going to export now? Tomatoes?

You have no end of companies on the German border employing Germans. Do you intend introducing visas for them? Do you want queues of lorries - far more than 20 years ago?

You were part of the Benelux. What will happen there? No mate, there is no going back to 70s Holland however much your nostalgia wants you to.

I wish you would go back to the Holland I admired in the 80s and early 90s. An open liberal society. It was great in Amsterdam those days.

And?

He was still her PR man and the one who largely shaped the image of the party.

I doubt very much he'll remain an MEP for long as he no longer represents a significant party.

Le Pen has changed her party and renamed it.The aim is to make it a party of government and not a protest party. Rassemblement National is the new name. You quote Wikipedia and Front National. The Rassemblement doesn’t seem interested in Frexit. The name is similar to that of a Vichy Party, which is a bit sus.

They are not worried about M. Phillipot‘s party, haven‘t lost any members to his hard line Frexit party and their membership is booming.

If I was you I'd be more worried about what Germans are going to export after their biggest export markets are closed to them.

I think they already have plan B:

5 reasons why the future of cars will be decided in China

https://www.google.de/amp/s/amp.foc...ie-zukunft-des-autos-in-china_id_6973991.html

Although China is not all positive, there is still loads of room for expansion there.

Plus markets for industrial machinery will not be closed. Germany produces quality goods and I doubt whether all markets will be closed to them. Worst case tariffs. They already make German cars in the US for example and so they could do what Harley Davidson is doing and increase production in other countries.

I certainly will not be gleefully waiting for the next world crisis like yourself. This is Brexit madness. Just wanting to see the EU collapse even if it means destroying the UK economy and harming millions of people’s lives in the UK and abroad.

Farage has admitted that Brexit was not about economics. We prosper through economic success, but Brexit seems increasingly to be becoming a religion. Faith based. Pain and suffering in exchange for unknown future blessings.

The high priests of Brexit just keep repeating their verses about control of our borders, our currency and global Britain. Just words and meaningless sayings for their flock. No facts, just calls to keep the faith.

BoJo has also joined the „not about economics“ club and summed it up in his own diplomatic style: „fuck business“. The highest diplomat in the land. You really can’t make this up.

Yes. Just what you wish for. Chaos followed by endless disputes and nationalism resulting in a disaster for Europe which has been prevented since WWII. Still, I stand by commonsense and the more intelligent people who I think will find a solution. No right minded person should wish the EU to collapse.

It won’t.
And here is the point that a few of us have been making.

Nobody really wants the EU to fail. But they want it run differently. But what chance is there if those running the show are not interested in changes they don't want? Those like Juncker have a vision. That is all they are interested in.

The cohesion has been slipping for ages. But the EU way of dealing with it has been to ignore the problems. Just keep up with the vision of what the EU should be like.

You constantly say that the AfD is nothing. But they are 1 in 8 voters in the country that is doing the best in the EU. Their leader has been weakened when she used to be very strong. Other countries in the EU have had enough. Then you have Italy and Greece that have not had enough help at all. But the other countries that could help know it will cause problems with their own citizens if they do help.

You have a go at anyone who mentions the problems with open borders in the UK. But it is the open borders throughout the EU that is causing the problems. They want to strand people in Italy, Greece and Spain so they can't travel to the more wealthy countries like Germany.

Try taking a step back and consider what people are saying. They are not being racist. They are saying about their concerns. And open borders come down the list. But they seem to be your top priority. Will they still be your top priority if another million or so reach Germany and the AfD gets even stronger?

I have said from the outset that we must strengthen the exterior border of the EU and we must have a consensus as to what happens to migrants- genuine refugees and economic. Merkel has been trying to share the load. I million in 2015 represents 1 in 500 of the EU population. It would be far less of a problem if the burden was shared. Italy and Greece are with Merkel on this.

As for Juncker, he was elected to carry out an agenda which was given to him by the EU council. He is doing a good job as far as they are concerned. We and Hungary voted against Juncker. 26 voted for Juncker.

The EU is well aware that it must reform to keep up with events. That has a higher priority than Brexit. They’re in negotiations at the moment. Britain shouldn’t be worried about the speed of progress as they won’t be around much longer.

It would be a great help though, if the government could lay out it’s plans before October to be debated and agreed before Brexit day. Seeing as summer holidays come inbetween, we don’t have much time.

Still, Belize based tax dodger extraordinaire, Lord Ashcroft has a solution for firms who need an EU base. Malta. Low tax Gangster and money launderer paradise. Shows why he wants leave. Deregulation of workers rights, environmental laws and tax havens for people like him. But keep a foot in the EU via Malta to be on the safe side.

You are so funny.

Problem shared? They are stranded in Greece, Italy and Spain so that they can't reach Germany. Now to solve the problem they are going to be sent to holding areas. And whoever is willing to have holding areas will get money from the EU.

Belize tax dodgers Ashcroft? Is he as bad as Juncker who facilitated billions upon billions of tax dodges? Of course not. But you defend one and attack the small fry. I wonder why that is.

Who? Juncker, who cost several countries in the EU untold billions with the tax dodges he started up while leader of Luxembourg until he managed to become one of the 5...and the most well known out of the lot of them that run the EU...then tried to ignore what had happened?

Germany took 1 Million in 2015 and hundreds of thousands since. How many have the UK taken...? ... and you have a dig at Germany. Merkel deserves a medal.

Juncker is not a leave campaigner spouting nonsense over his Twitter account. Juncker is not lying to the leave community on a regular basis. Ashcroft is a tax dodger and is at this moment under suspicion of taxiing could zzzzzztp

Forget him. He is not in British politics. Look at the scum behind the leave campaign who spout out the same crap every single day. Ashcroft is under tax evasion suspicion in Belize and now advising British companies to move to Malta in order to pay less tax to Britain and stay in the EU. Will the working class leave followers of him be able to relocate to Malta or Belize if things go pearshape?

Juncker is a choirboy in comparison to Arron Banks and Lord Ashcroft. Lord Ashcroft had to give up his cushy seat in the Lords as the law was trying to force him to pay tax in the UK under a new law that sitting Lords must may UK tax. Amazing that up until recently you could be a tax dodger, pay zero UK tax and sit in parliament. He gave up his seat, but can still use his title. Even the EU would not allow that scam. You really should look at what is happening in the leave world instead of falling for the „ look over there“ tactics of the traitors in the leave world. Brexit is not for the working class, they were just duped by scum.

You say what Juncker isn't. But how about saying what he is? Full defence mode of Juncker yet again.

We wanted changes to our borders. Juncker said not now and not in the future. And he let the world know just a few days before the Brexit vote. Merkel asked him to stop the flow to Germany. He made it though they had to stay where they landed. Germany hasn't received lots since the original 1m like you say. They have been stranded in Greece, Italy and Spain. Now they are going to be held in detention centres. Well done EU. Bowing to Germany yet again.

Answer one thing Mart. How has the population of Germany stayed steady when ours has shot up?

Yes sharing the load. That is what is being talked about. Finding a solution, or trying to, not sitting in front of a key board in a nice part of the country.

Ashcroft is a major scam merchant has been playing the system and has had his snout firmly in the trough for years. A nice little bonus being the Lords and his other titles. He is still spouting leave rhetoric about Germans coming begging to the UK and the usual crap which you have fallen for. Just out of interest, the latest German budget is 343 billion euro. They may have to pay up to 3 billion extra to the EU because of Brexit and the UK eventually leaving at some distant point. His career really does put Juncker to shame. Don’t forget was elected to carry out an approved program. Why was Belize based Ashcroft given various titles and a place in an unelected body? And instead of you and Grendel, saying yes Mart, Ashcroft is a cxxt, you point „over there“...... why? Just lol at the fact the there are some very dodgy and incredibly dishonest self interest med scum behind the propaganda. The elite.

It is not a guess. They are tax dodgers, charity fiddlers, meetings with Russia, advisers to companies to go to Malta. All in the name of scam scam scam.

„Brexit wasn’t about economics. Worth taking a hit for.“. who will taking the hit? Tax havens such as Belize? Putin‘s foreign policy? Multi millionaire mine owners? Or the working class in manufacturing? Or the soft fruit farmers? Or the people who lose their right to free movement? I think I can guess who. It is not exactly rocket science.
