It is the political latest term. They never gave a shit about us before. And they won't give a shit about us after Brexit.
We had a people's vote already. Otherwise known as a referendum that they thought they knew the result of. Anyone calling for another referendum would be saying goodbye to their political futures. But people's vote sounds like they care about us. Can't think of a term for 'we didn't like the first result. Let's try again'

I’m interested in all news for the U.K. it’s hardly my fault that it’s all pretty much bad news. Ironically the few good news stories from brexit there has been have all been linked by me also. Ironically you’ve linked zero despite several requests from several posters. Interested in good news for the EU? You’ve lost me there. Maybe you could post some evidence, can’t ever remember linking any article about how great everything is in the EU. I would think you’ll do well to find any but knock yourself out and if you do find any I’ll be glad to apologise.

You put two and two together and came up with potato famine which was 100 years out. Sickboy was clearly talking about Ireland under De Valera when people left in their thousands in pursuit of economic improvement. If you seriously need help to confirm that I’m amazed that you can remember your own name. It is quite literally the centre of Irish history of the last century. Exactly. He did look like he was beginning to cotton on. He got the job through default. Davis got out before the shit hits the fan. Raab will carry the can when it all goes pearshape, as it has to. The system we have for cross channel trade is the best we will ever get. As an island we need frictionless trade as trade is already slowed by the crossing and is more expensive than trading over a land border. To add more bureaucracy and possible tariffs will erode our competitiveness. I think Raab has seen this and is preparing us for a shift in favour of the customs union.

to be fair to Raab, even taking into account his recent gaff, he's still an improvement on Davis who thought that when we leave the EU we'd be able to do individual trade deals with the remaining 27 EU countries. If it wasn't so tragic it would be hilarious.
It's a great trade route for the billions of pounds worth of goods coming IN and out.

Why would they want to cause pain throughout the EU just to prove a point?
Their rules and regulations are there to be bent and broke. They do it themselves when it suits.

You don’t charge or pay VAT on goods traveling from within the EU so I’m not sure how you work that one out. A manifesto also isn’t an invoice. There are no values on a manifesto.

The fraud is happening within transactions in the U.K. it’s not happening in the transaction between France and the U.K. where it confirms no VAT is charged and it’s not happening in the transaction between the U.K. and Germany again where no VAT is charged. The VAT fraud is happening between two transactions in the U.K. because that’s the only point where an invoice with VAT can be raised.
I know what a manifest is and it isn’t an invoice. It’s an invoice that you use to charge VAT.

I am very suspicious of this deal they say they have nearly made. And I can see it having problems going through because of both those who want to remain and those who want to leave. I think they will make a fuck up out of a fuck up.
