But you do - I’m really laid back what have I got to angry about - Tories are mullering Labour and it’s hilarious - still we have the most heart wrenching episode of Life Stories soon - spine tingling - will you be glued to the Great Leader and will you be moved to tears by the end?

I have close to no idea what you're on about. If I do, it's probably because the missus is having anxiety attacks every few days because she has literally hundreds of essays to mark. Which she has to do because Gavin Williamson decided to let the exam boards off doing their job two years running.

You could come over and tell some knock knock jokes though?

That’s nice
Poll

If she had shouted her support for Israel, would the policewoman:

a. Have been beaten up on the spot?
b Been sacked
c. Been beaten up and sacked
d. Been told by her superiors, its no problem because its the same as taking the knee, which is fine by us.

What would the equivalent shout be for Israel exactly?

Seems like another “I’m angry at a situation I invented in my head” problem.

Hey, if you think a UK state representative's support of a internationally classified, faggot-hating terrorist group is something to causally accept, then that's cool.

Firstly: LOL at calling a copper “a U.K. state representative”. Hope you had your yoga pants on for that stretch!

Secondly, where does she mention any terrorist group? As I said angry at things you’ve invented.

Not sure what I'm supposed to have invented. And you are an intelligent guy, so you know that the recent and ongoing demonstrations are indirect support for Hamas. But as I say, if that sits well with you, fine. I'm kinda done with the subject.

No “free Palestine” is not an exclamation of support for Hamas, in the same way being against anti-semitism isn’t a declaration of support for the Israeli government.

I’m not sure what statement of support for the people of Palestine someone could make that you wouldn’t class as supporting terrorism.

You’ve made several leaps in your head and got angry about where they led you. That’s on you, not an Iranian woman saying very normal ME things.

I wouldn't want to see that policewoman sacked.

She makes some stupid comments, and she shouldn't be shouting things like that, but I don't actually think she means any harm. She is showing solidarity with the protesters, but it is just pure ignorance really. Perhaps some training and feedback would be useful for her going forwards, the whole lynch mob at her feet for what she said doesn't sit right with me.

I mean, I don't like the way there has been so many protests in this country about an incident that has nothing to do with us either. I know we have many people of the Islamic and Jewish faith living here, but it does my nut in that you can't even walk through Broadgate without someone shouting bilge through a megaphone. There have been quite a few attacks on innocent people in the last few weeks too, which is not acceptable at all.

I suppose the strength of society is measured not by those who can say they like apple pie but by those who express controversial or unpopular views

You seem to be the one angry. Yesterday someone accused me of being angry but was clearly very irate themselves whereas I’m not angry at all

Exactly this. Those on the right absolutely excel at that.

I may be wrong but I’m fairly surely Dubeds politics are not from the right. May be wrong but the posts suggest left leaning to me

This is the woman currently in charge of securing trade deals and a potential future PM. Remember that discussion the other day about ministers not being paid enough? They're paid too much!

This works in the same way that showing support for Israel is showing indirect support for annexation into 'foreign' lands and building of illegal settlements.

Other than being a major player in creating the situation in the first place after the second world war.

Maybe angry is overshooting it, but certainly peeved this woman said what she did enough to post about it here. The cause seemingly being anyone saying the support Palestine must be saying they support Hamas. But we’ve had this at length with Jews/Israel/the Israeli government and we know that support for people doesn’t equal support for the actions of the government of those people.

The issue of police expressing support for a cause comes up all the time. LGBT marches, BLM marches, as long as they’re still doing their duty I don’t see what the issue was. I noticed the video jump cuts from two women having a nice chat to scary foreign men with smoke bombs, I wonder why 🤔
