I don’t even understand that point - it’s not relevant to actual pay
All of it is relevant to the strikes though, so it is relevant , very relevant

Guess it depends on how niche it is and job availability and what the wage is being compared to. (The terms and working conditions of each job etc).
Would I rather you got an extra £5k a year compared to an MP or Lord Fuckwart? Of course.
Not really.
The vast majority will think they aren't paid enough for what they do, also.
It also depends on working conditions and the definition. It could be that one person thinks it is bad working conditions because they get their shoes dirty and the next dives straight in and doesn't give a shit.
Alas no That doesn't automatically mean I have to decide nobody else should have a sense of self worth either, however. Are you getting 10%?
It’ll come don’t worry.99% don’t receive a increase because of inflation, if that was the case we wouldn’t be making £20k a year as a adult expected to buy a house pay mortgage drive a car pay bills ect, there are a lot more people who should be protesting.
why are the nurses not protesting?
why the policemen, firemen ect?

The vast majority in this country aren't paid enough for what they do, correct. It's mainly the ones who collectively organise and campaign for more though who tend to get it.
It's 'I'm alright Jack' until it inconveniences you
Which one?I grew up on an estate
So the vast majority of the country should go on strike then?
It's not really "I'm alright Jack". I grew up on an estate and have a few GCSEs. I'm hardly knocking about with Boris and Rishi.
10% pay rises a year else we strike.Perhaps a national workers' strike isn't a bad idea. 12 years of falling real terms' pay is kind of taking the piss.
Striking is not relevant to pay .. got ya .
10% pay rises a year else we strike.
Would be lovely wouldn't it?
I'll file that with what I'll think about with lottery winnings.
Have you ever thought of venting your fury at the real villains of the piece??So the vast majority of the country should go on strike then?

I still don't know what the limit is on people just trying to get a better wage until they become greedy, though?

Where did 10% a year come from? Teachers' pay in real terms has fallen 20% since 2010 and I imagine that's not far off how it's been for a lot of people.
Lol you are in a cushy protected job that offers zero risk of unemployment - you really are an out of touch arrogant snob playing at socialism and not really giving a fuck.
Grow up
So what do you do close every business that can’t pay that and everyone is out of work
Why do 40% quit the job in the first 5 years if it's such a piece of piss? In fact we're into the last week of term-fancy giving some lessons?
I'd certainly subscribe to that TV channel.Oh I’d job swap in a heart beat it would be hilarious
Oh I’d job swap in a heart beat it would be hilarious - you’d be crying on that park bench in 5 minutes
No we aim in the medium to long term to redistribute wealth back to the working and middle class.
Why do they take all the time to qualify and take jobs without due diligence? Why do 40% quit the job in the first 5 years if it's such a piece of piss? In fact we're into the last week of term-fancy giving some lessons?
I thought that was David? You work on a park bench?

It's like me deciding to become a nurse but b then realising I don't like blood.
You work on a park bench?
I thought that was David?
Where did I say that?So you'd want unqualified people delivering your children's education? The profession's had a recruitment and retention problem for years despite it apparently being the easiest job on the planet.
Nor me. There are many jobs I can't do mind you.I don't envy teachers .. not a job I could do .
With all due respect
