I’ll ask and he’ll answer but although I’ve been told progress is being made and the university people are really supportive and positive I think it’s utter bollox

On that note, how does he feel that someone has placed a story in the media that the club might be for sale if someone comes forward who can marry club and CBS, given the owners' plan A has been new stadium since year Z? Does he consider this a needless distraction from the valuable work spent progressing the new ground to reality?

I had always got the impression Boddy *did* have a good relationship with Wasps, tbf. If that sours, and the relationship with fans sours, then we are probably due our next fall guy.

Boddy does as he’s told - it’s not difficult - he is a yes man who does exactly as he’s told and has no power and influence over anything other than the commercial running of the football club - which he doesn’t do well.

A budget has little to do with cash flow though. Hyam sale surely is cash flow and any budget essentially will include raising revenue through player transfers
