I do not understand the 2 state solution when it has been made very clear that 1 state is the only one acceptable, from the river to the sea.

They’ve spent most of the last week cheerleading the Home Secretary for labelling the protest to stop killing children a hate march and now they’re calling an actual hate march a counter protest. The British press is broken.

I'm aware of that, but the point I was replying to was

Looking at the current map then it appears that one state would be Israel.

To be fair to the media, the EFL was on a counter protest. It’s a factual statement. Even if we loathe the EFL.

Very happy that the Pro Palestine March happened, even though we all know it was deliberately timed to be provocative. And we all know that behind the naive and well-meaning, there were malign fascists with an anti semitic agenda.

But…the organisers knew what they were doing when they continued to schedule it.

I think they had every right to march and protest. But it was a deliberate provocation and slightly hints at the malign actors involved.

Calling for an armistice on armistice day. Next they plan to counter protest the giving of Christmas presents on Christmas Day. Although they plan to box on Boxing Day, so long as there’s some police to attack of course.

On the contrary, I agree politicians should be pressed to say what they really think. But when you see what happens to the few who are transparent about it, you see why so many end up being Starmer-esque fence sitters.

Well to be clear, it’s not Corbyn’s honesty that I think is the problem here. Not much point in lauding the honest if their honestly-held opinions are total garbage.

He thinks that calling Hamas terrorists undermines his support for Palestine. He’s wrong, but his wavering on the question tells you he privately agrees that they are.
