They can't help themselves can they.
Hopefully Labour can/will block this shite.

Aren’t carbon sources already heavily taxed? Doubly so with tax on a tax in the case of motor fuels.Carbon tax is a good idea.
But they are only old bones.Yep, them too. Though obviously if it's been used as a graveyard then that would need special consideration.
Well, Cornwall, Devon and the Lakes haven’t been concreted over yet. This is still a great country. From london, to cornwall/Devon to the lakes. As a nation we spend a lot of time talking it down because of frustration with politics, weather etc and take so much for granted, but we’re lucky to have been born here
tbf, what shmmeee's asking for is tougher planning laws and regulations before building anything I'd expect...
This is why labour need a clear vision of what they want to be and what they want yo achieve as they are being pulled by both sidesI see Labour have said they have no intention of applying CGT to primary residences. Time will tell of course. How about another Labour tax raid on private pensions? Good idea?
So their manifesto doesn’t give a clear vision and neither does the party? Why vote for then then? This is why labour need a clear vision of what they want to be and what they want yo achieve as they are being pulled by both sides
Same here.I got:
- Green
- Lib Dem
- Labour
- Tories
- Reform
Not TorySo their manifesto doesn’t give a clear vision and neither does the party? Why vote for then then?
By viable you mean only one likely to win I take it?Not Tory
Not reform
Only viable party
Some might say they both go hand in hand ?Same here.
I know you're in Italy but it's really annoying how obsessed the BBC is with Farage, yet they ignore the Greens at a time when climate change is our biggest challenge, and certainly not immigration.
Does any party? How many people do you think actually spend time looking at policy and reading manifestos before deciding who to vote for?So their manifesto doesn’t give a clear vision and neither does the party? Why vote for then then?
At least that was a clear vision.Does any party? How many people do you think actually spend time looking at policy and reading manifestos before deciding who to vote for?
We elected the last government based on them repeatedly saying 'get Brexit done'!
Good to know that it is for good, solid, logical reasons. Not Tory
Not reform
Only viable party
"Looney lefties". LOL.And that is what the loony lefties always resort to. Very childish for a teacher.
I see Labour have said they have no intention of applying CGT to primary residences. Time will tell of course. How about another Labour tax raid on private pensions? Good idea?
Many of these transport issues could be alleviated by not taking another 600,000 people every year. Someone mentioned, we’ve not reached our ‘peak’ but what is our peak ? 80 million, 100 million ? We are becoming a nation of housing estates without any accompanying services.
Like the fucking Amish this.
Have the numbers and experience and maturity or make a go of itBy viable you mean only one likely to win I take it?
It’s nothing like the Amish.Could do 100m+ no worries. And you wouldn’t even notice it outside of about five cities, which would all be better off for it.
Like the fucking Amish this. “Oh no this specific point in time is actually the peak of our civilisation. Only down from here” absolute waffle.
Snake oil charmer Starmer?Have the numbers and experience and maturity or make a go of it
yes
if love Ed davey and Lib Dem’s to make some inroads a grown up who cares for others and desires a fairer society but no we jump on the bandwagon of a snake oil charmer
So another raid on pensions is acceptable to you? There was never any chance of it. It was a random rumour made up by the Tories.
Most wealth in this country is housing or pensions so if people want a wealth tax that’s probably where it would fall. It’s not like we’ve got people sat about with stacks of gold coins under their bed.
As a rough rule of thumb those most concerned with immigration also tend to delve into climate change denial. See any reform party spokesperson as an example. So you’re talking about a scenario that they don’t believe in. To them it’s just all project fear, we’ve had enough of experts etc.If people aren't happy with immigration now have they spared a thought as to what is going to happen when more and more of the planet becomes uninhabitable due to climate change?
No nfSnake oil charmer Starmer?
There’s the not so minor difference that the UK is an island and does not share a customs border with any of its neighbours. So comparison with EU countries is flawed from the get go.Successive governments have utterly failed the country, I’m not sure rail links are the best yardstick though.
No nf
Such as?Starmer is a snake oil salesman. He changes what he says, flips, flops and u turns to suit the particular audience of the time. Makes outrageous claims without a shred of evidence to back them up.
