John Ashton. Taggart in Beverly Hills Cop and Marvin, the hapless bounty hunter in the brilliant Midnight Run, 76.
You must have seen Beverly Hills 4, everybody died in thatSad news. Although tbh, John Ashton is one of those I’d thought had died a while back.
Midnight Run is indeed brilliant.
I mainly know him from coming to AmericaJohn Amos. Countless shows and films. Was great in Die Hard. Had a good range.
Indeed Rip.Johann Neeskens, fabulous Dutch footballer from 1970s aged 73

i usually sit up through the night when there's an important vote, like an election or referendum. i just find it interesting.I won't mourn him. Usually people only say nice things when someone dies, I always thought he was an absolute c**t. Astonishingly they somehow managed to replace him with someone even worse!
Christ. He's been a bit random for a while.Liam Payne of One Direction. Only 31, poor chap.
Found dead in Argentina.Liam Payne of One Direction. Only 31, poor chap.
I think he’d been suffering from mental health issues for a while. Can't say I know much about him but young age and leaves kid(s) behind. What a waste. Seems to be in the news a lot with people falling off balconies in the non celebrity world, are people taking stronger/different drugs now?

Good job he never found this placeAh thats sad to hear, no doubt not helped by social media by the look of it
Particularly as his life ended up such a mess in a hotel roomI'm sure there is more coverage of Liam Payne dying than there was of the Queen when she died
BBC Breakfast have now been going on about it for about 15 mins non stop. Talking to his former teachers and his dance teacher and people from his childhood etc.
And the BBC news website yesterday had about 9 stories on it
I get it's so young to go and it's tragic, but does it warrant THIS level of coverage?
Maybe I'm missing something, but my missus and I didn't even know who he was.
Heard the name, but had no idea which band etc
