I think there was a trial session from there tbf. I’ve just completed my Lirf training. Will be sending off to England Athletics later for review. Hopefully it’ll be signed off soon enough and I can lead sessions.

Where was that mate? We’ve started sessions again but only for 6-8 attendees whilst the leaders get back into it. I’m currently doing the Lirf training so looking forward to being a leader in the near future.

It's just a shame that both the offender and victim have been let down by the system. Could've all been prevented. I hope that he's getting the mental help he needs whilst in prison, so he has a fighting chance when he comes back out.

Poor guy went to doctors 3 times to tell them there was a problem. He actually seemed like he may have been a half decent guy if he had a chance in life. You have to feel for him to be let down as a child and adult.

I think they should keep all 4 wheels on the track. That’d slow then back down a bit.

10miles of trails for me yesterday. Really enjoyed getting back out, but it was bloody tough. I need to regain some of that lost fitness.
