    Wasps action

Just to clear up a few things. No one is suing anyone yet. The legal action is to get a judicial review of the process involving CCC. It is not a claim for damages. To be pedantic sisu are not suing or seeking legal action sbs&l ARVO and otium are. It was the claimants as controlled by sisu...

    Fisher on Talksport any minute

the only point i can think of that interview is public reassurance to the EFL that they are doing everything they can (whilst actually doing very little)...... with "its not my fault guv" being the tag line. There is nothing that has changed that should give him confidence is there...

Match Thread Luton Town vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Sunday 24th Feb

Good point. Worked hard without creating very much but sometimes that has to be done. Think we deserved the point for an organised and decent defensive display. Thought Willis and Kelly did very well. Burge was a bit dodgy first half but improved second and a couple of decent stops. Was a tough...

Simple Facts - where would you put your money

I would think there is a plan behind both sides in this. The only group that appears to have no plan is the EFL I think there is a good chance of ccfc playing elsewhere next season, court actions continuing, sisu still the owners and the efl being as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

Because expulsion of a shareholder is likely to require a special resolution under the companies act which needs a 75% majority of the members and a relevant notice period. The non expulsion after such a vote would lead to the obvious wouldn't it. Whether the club could survive that is a...

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

The special meeting in April will require 75% of the members to vote for ccfc expulsion assuming company law applies One or two clubs feeling hard done by won't do it That also means you have to question the level of pressure on sisu i

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

If any buyers attitude is buy at any cost then i am going to be deeply concerned that we will end up in this mess once again

An Importent point that does not get spoken enough about

Dont disagree about CCC getting more pressure. So far however i have seen nothing that makes the three "deal breakers" contractually binding on Wasps. The statement was also reported just over 2 months before SISU shifted the goal posts at least a little and started JR2. Really not about me...

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

if i knew i would say ............ but past history says there is usually something that people are not seeing. bit like misplacing registrations, lending money to a non trading company securing a charge on two other companies and waiting for it to hit the fan etc..... that kind of thing

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

thing is Nick there was only one party distressing ACL ...... SISU Presently everyone seems to be distressing OEG/CCFC ........... including SISU SISU never do knee jerk reactions even if it seems like it. It is calculated. There is something there behind the scenes if you ask me

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

Not sure where you get £53m from? Losses are what SISU have been known to trade in so perhaps they are able to offset against other gains and get tax back? If they sold for 7m that wouldnt cover the capital element on what is owed to ARVO. Based on accounts to 31/05/2017 Losses that are...

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

I dont think anyone should purchase the debt baggage ie ARVO or SISU Master Fund Loans. You wouldnt buy the company because of the £60m preference shares it carries. There is zero need to buy SBS&L so those loans in that company are irrelevant You would buy the assets, players contracts, Ryton...

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

depends on what SISU's intentions are. You could do a deal to give them part of that but if serious the consortium has to play hard ball not give it away. It is not buy at any price By the time he gets sold it could be all over in any case and any old deal dies with the club
  16. oldskyblue58

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

they could just leave it at the same value, just because it was rejected last time doesnt automatically devalue it. Personally I wouldnt go above £4m including Ryton for the football assets less football liabilities. Certainly would never buy the company OEG or take part ownership of OEG
  17. oldskyblue58

Apparently an offer still on the table for the club

Then they need to rethink the amount because due to what is going on the value of any deal is greatly devalued if you ask me. If SISU are keen to get out then you dont pay over the odds

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

But Seppala wanted only hard cash, not maybe sometime add ons. The deal was dressed up as £20m it was nothing of the sort and was rejected immediately
