Judge questioning which CCFC company was liable to ACL. CCC QC seems unsure. Lots of muttering at the back now. CCC QC gave wrong info. Sisu QC being questioned and giving correct info. Oops for CCC QC. First mistake!

The council was where it was in Dec 12-Jan 13 and had to respond to bank pressure

CCC QC refers to Sisu rent & licence fee strike creating situation in which ACL was under v. real threat. Council took action to divert that threat.
