Excellent work Dongo. And to those who are complaining about not being in on the 'secret society', why not do what Dongo did and just get in touch with TF or ML and you can harangue them in person rather than bitch about it on here all the time? Then again, I've got a sneaking suspicion that...

That's exactly the sort of thing a witch would say.

The first meeting was Sept 22 at the Supporters Club in Freehold St. with the provisional name of CCST. Very much a 'let's see what happens with this idea' and it all went quiet for a while after that & I wasn't involved with later meetings etc. I passed all of the documents I had from back then...

This was only part of our wider campaign to make sure that all sides were being called to account – until we arrived on the scene CCC/ACL were getting a free pass – and to try and get this saga to a conclusion. We had a great response on the doorsteps and have managed to get the overall debate...

Well, I've got this one weird trick (that internet people hate!)* I pick up the phone and call people. Or text. Or email. And then I call some other people. And probably some other people. How did I get to this elevated (!!) state? Talked to some people. Talked to some more people. And so on...

Haha! I’d forgotten about him. I can clarify it wasn’t.

Save the date: Fans forum booked for Fri 27 June @ 7pm, Coundon.

I think financials could be part of it but it is being spread into a wider forum about the Ricoh Arena dispute as a whole. As I said in the Patton thread (where the request for finding out about the fans forum came from last), Labovich is happy to discuss details via email if people get in touch...

Priceless :D The reason I posted this was because there have been a few questions about it in recent threads so I decided to pick up the phone and find out. I owe you, Nick and the rest of SBT a massive apology for making the unforgivable mistake of bringing more information to the discussion...

Save the date: Fans forum booked for Fri 27 June @ 7pm, Coundon.

Apparently there will be a full announcement / confirmation after the Bank Holiday weekend but what I know is: Friday 27 Jun from 7pm at Parish Centre of the Church of Christ the King, 14 Westhill Road, Coundon, CV6 2AA. All ticket (free) in the main hall so approx. 300 capacity. Instigated by...

The JR can't be 'dropped' but agreements can be made to decide on a joint approach to the key points. No idea. AFAIK, this is a non-starter during negs. or even to 'hopscotch' to a new stadium. I do intend to get more on this if we ever meet with Joy again. Feel free to keep reminding me :-) A...

I think you missed the point. The third party tried to broker talks, the council said no. This all happened in private a couple of weeks ago. Didn't even get to the stage of a negotiation between the two sides so no 'gentlemen's agreement' to worry about. As I said, I was responding to...

Simon has already tweeted that it was a 'disappointing' result so take a guess :-) Not sure how many votes he was expecting us to get although his editor seemed to think we were in with a chance of winning which was a bit mad. I've just had a text from Brian and he thinks 235 votes is...

Well you've had his phone number for a few weeks and you could have come to the Council House on 10 May too! He never goes to the counts. Partly because he has to get up at 6 in the morning for work and because they're not that exciting or worthwhile. Maybe this is a situation where the CT...

You just reminded me... I checked up on the story about possible negotiations and got this: A third party brokered negotiations that would include agreements on parts of the JR* in the conditions. The council wanted the lawyers to talk first and that phone call (15 days ago) ended with...

BTW, no deposit required in local elections. The thing that does cost is registering a party which is something we didn't have time to do (takes 20 working days) and there was some discussion as to whether we'd have got more 'casual votes' with Get Cov Back to the Ricoh on the ballot paper.
