    Begs the question who in their right mind would lend CCFC anything. Anyway the concept is a separate company with equity investment also borrows on the back of the new stadium to fund its construction, the interest comes out of the rent paid by CCFC.

    How many prospective buyers are there? I know there was me tion of a couple more proposals in addition to Wasps. But none it seems that were serious contenders. In x years time there may be no serious options, think they were wise to take the deal, I would have.

    £100 grand to rent the Ricoh has to be cheap no matter which way you look at it. A new stadium, the figure of £35m has been mentioned, obviously nothing like the Ricoh complex that cost three times that. So what would be the rent for that year round. Even 5% is getting on for £2m. And...
