1:20 would be very decent. Reckon i could probably go for 1:24 on current form. Got a half marathon in october but its got nearly 2000ft of climb in the Lake District, so would be ecstatic with under 1hr35 there. Track race in a fortnight at Nuneaton. 1500mtrs.... brrr

That is good going. I reckon i'd take 62mins in race conditions!

Sorry, can't offer anything up i'm afraid.... everyone is different. Do you go out fairly hard from the off....? it could be as simple as going out shortly after waking up, then not really allowing your body to warm up, puts a strain on. Warming up is pretty vital... not for a typical run...

I did my usual cross-country loop round Corley and Fillongley, but ran it a fair bit harder this time, 1hr31

    Running

Repeated my cross-country run of a fortnight ago... following the footpaths parallel with the M6, then looping up through Fillongley and eventually back along the Cov Way. 11.5miles. Managed it about 25mins quicker than last time... mainly due to knowing exactly where i was going this time...

    Everyone still confident ?

You said we should play more than one up front today? But Biamou not good enough? Gyo not good enough? Godden unfit? Walker then. That's one up front.

    Everyone still confident ?

So every time we have a good game its a "fluke". But if we have bad games then its "our level".... the truth is probably somewhere in the middle. You've also spent months crying that we don't have any decent strikers... now you're moaning that we don't play more than one of them up front...

    Everyone still confident ?

You must be the biggest clown i've ever seen on any football forum (and i was around from the old Rivals days) Do you base your opinion solely on what happened today? Or the last two games? What about when we beat Brentford, did you think we'll make the playoffs? At half time today you...

    Big big day

I think this entire site would explode from the meltdown if this happens. Personally i think we will win today. Although i'd take a draw if those three all lost.

    Running

5 x 400mtr reps down by prologis. 74, 74, 72, 72, 71 Very quick for me, but was taking long rest periods and obviously only 2km of real hard effort.

    Running

Think i'm going to be out round Prologis tomorrow morning, doing some 400mtr reps. Got a 1500mtr track race in a few weeks so a few short sharp reps, quality over quantity.

Did a 10km this morning in the wind and rain, working hard enough at about steady 90% effort. 39.01

    This season home/away shirt - M&M Direct

It's quite a step to compare people legally buying a top from an authorised retailer, to illegally downloading match streams.

    This season home/away shirt - M&M Direct

I think the kit is now around 23 or 24 pound on the Cov store. I bought from M&M, turned up in 48hrs. Very impressed with the standard of the top.

    Running

I'm 39... Was decent at cross country in my teens, but then pretty much stopped competitive running to concentrate on Sunday football and heavy drinking. I do wonder what more I could have achieved if I had stuck with it from a young age.... I've only been training "seriously" since 2015...

    This season home/away shirt - M&M Direct

I ordered mine on thursday and it turned up this morning. Usually wouldn't bother with a city top, but for 18 quid....

    Sarah Everard

I think this is another issue where opinions are getting polarised (who'dve thunk it). I've jumped in on several occasions when seeing things that aren't right... - a guy threatening his "girlfriend" on the canal basin bridge and threatening to throw her off (as usual it ended up with her...

    Match Day Experience

As someone who is pretty much out of the habit of going to home games now... i'd say that whilst everything mentioned above is valid, it's completely overshadowed by the crippling lack of atmosphere going on. The suggestion of moving home and away fans closer is fair, but lets face it, never...
