Oldham then? They are still open in store. They are non league now.Saints are on a different planet to us financially, they've been in the PL for a decade
Exactly. Other clubs back up an running. Where are we? Nowhere. Fans non the wiser.
a contingency plan similar to saints for a start. All businesses working with 3rd parties should have contingency plans for this scenario.
What about the stock in shop?It literally says that our stuck is in a warehouse where other clubs weren't.
Again, what contingency plan? A backup warehouse with stuff in?
No I am just pointing out the logic. What about the stock in shop?
surely you have written in a contract for a scenario like this? the way you apologise for how the club deals with issues like this is embarrassing. You and chiefdave are like the clubs cheerleaders. You see no wrong in how they handle business.
Have asked the club if an update can be given. Let’s seeNot if your over £200 down and have kids looking forward to CCFC Xmas presents
It's just amateurish and being in Spain is no real excuse, is it?Mark says
We had hoped to update yesterday, as it was my first day back from the Spain tour, but it will now be in the coming days.

We pretty much have 2 people in charge of all social media and interaction with fans. So when there's big news like yesterday and they have to put together a statement in no time at all, nothing else can get done. Its run like a league 2 club with gates of 3-4k in terms of amount of staffing they have behind the scenes

Pretty sure twitter is run by the same two blokes. They would write the statement probably many times over before management were happyStatements like that would need to be signed off by people at any club. They wouldn't just be written by the person monitoring twitter.
Might use a different middle manSo club have tweeted no news as yet with orders placed in talks with new retail operator and kit supplier !! So no more Hummel ?
Just passing on what the reply was and giving the club and mark an opportunity to respond and know that fans are askingIt's just amateurish and being in Spain is no real excuse, is it?
Dont help the customer though does it.. Surely somebody higher up in the club are dealing with the club shop/store. Mark does a great job and i know he is only passing messages on but really is a disgusting way to treat customers. Yes they have given it a 3rd Party but the end of the day the football club make money from sales of merchandise.
I cannot comment on the communications as I have never contacted him.I certainly think the marketing of the club is terrible mind you might not be his fault may well be the amount the club are prepared to spend on it.Mark is head of marketing and communications
Yeah that’s rotten hope it gets sortedNot if your over £200 down and have kids looking forward to CCFC Xmas presents
You have to be clever to be a clown.Really are run by clowns aren't we
It is a good excuse, the Internet was £5.00;a shot and phone charges were 10p dearer. could get a LB with the money savedIt's just amateurish and being in Spain is no real excuse, is it?
