Exactly. Other clubs back up an running. Where are we? Nowhere. Fans non the wiser.

a contingency plan similar to saints for a start. All businesses working with 3rd parties should have contingency plans for this scenario.

It literally says that our stuck is in a warehouse where other clubs weren't.

Again, what contingency plan? A backup warehouse with stuff in?

What about the stock in shop?

surely you have written in a contract for a scenario like this? the way you apologise for how the club deals with issues like this is embarrassing. You and chiefdave are like the clubs cheerleaders. You see no wrong in how they handle business.

No I am just pointing out the logic.

If it was as simple as just getting the stock handed over it would have been done by now.

I can see wrong and that is shit especially at this time of year.

Mark says

We had hoped to update yesterday, as it was my first day back from the Spain tour, but it will now be in the coming days.

Dont help the customer though does it.. Surely somebody higher up in the club are dealing with the club shop/store. Mark does a great job and i know he is only passing messages on but really is a disgusting way to treat customers. Yes they have given it a 3rd Party but the end of the day the football club make money from sales of merchandise.

We pretty much have 2 people in charge of all social media and interaction with fans. So when there's big news like yesterday and they have to put together a statement in no time at all, nothing else can get done. Its run like a league 2 club with gates of 3-4k in terms of amount of staffing they have behind the scenes

I appreciate a lot is going on right now with the club. But should thread of commercials not be at least addressing fans concerns about the club shop/ orders ?

Also the Spain exclusive is a bit weak as is a work trip. Not a holiday.

Statements like that would need to be signed off by people at any club. They wouldn't just be written by the person monitoring twitter.

Pretty sure twitter is run by the same two blokes. They would write the statement probably many times over before management were happy

This statement regarding orders is really not helpful
Do not contact us as we are unable to help.

Quite frankly that's dreadful.

Surely administrators have been appointed? If so they'd be glad of new sales. There's stuff in the club shop we can't access someone should have the balls to take hold of that and sell it or use it to fulfil the orders placed and worry about the consequences later. Utter shambles. It's no good to anyone else and the company would get some money back.

Everything caught up in legal lockdown by administrators no doubt. You would think that a Championship club with a database of about 250,000 supporters would be able to procure their own merchandise directly. A middleman will take a cut of your profits. Everything about the way SISU runs the club is short term though…..always with one eye on bolting for the exit if the right offer came in.

Their's actually very little in either shop, unless you are looking for triple xxxx, stock hasn't been arriving for months prior to administration.
Sportingtouch a Nuneaton company who supply SBTC with Hummel kits have been struggling to supply many order's for months.
