We're 18km from Montmorillon. Found the right house on the riverbank at Montmorillon but has just come too early. I want to do all the work myself. It is going to be the last house I ever do unless the kids talk me into helping them. Just €70,000 with a large river bank and an acre of land. 4 bedrooms.
