Actually I’m jumping to a conclusion based on thousands dead, no PPE, lack of equipment, constant lies, pin badges, doctoring figures etc etc That conclusion is that the government have failed their population horrendously and unforgivably. The article has come after all those facts became apparent, so you’re splitting hairs again.

Works on both sides though mate, I’ve been labelled as a left wing Labour voted when I’ve only voted Labour twice in 15 years.
We've got less of a lockdown than many other countries. Other countries don't let you leave the house without permission yet here we still have non-essential workers travelling to work every day and arguments about who is and isn't allowed to use parks. And I’m sorry but at what point do you stop minimising evidence after evidence that this government intended to have less of a lockdown and therefore more deaths to gain a small economic advantage?
Pretty simple explanation, Murdoch / Times back Gove, Telegraph backs Johnson.
I was talking about the article
The Times of course as well was very firmly in the remain camp during the Brexit debate
Gove also been pretty visible so that is nonsense

Therefore again we see that for the Conservatives there is never a wrong time to “make a move”. Yet on the other side they stand around not wanting to offend anyone. Which is why they’ll keep losing.
Number of votes= [(Number of pints held x Height of pint held) x (Number of Union Jacks waved + Number of jokes told^2)]/Number of left wing policies offered
One thing about Boris- I can see how he is able to engage lots of people. I have never seen a hint of Gove having any similar ability, surely they won’t stick him in charge?

So how bad a fuck up do you think there needs to be to result in Boris going?Johnson won’t be leaving as a result of this
If onlyYou just worked that out?
If grenners says something the opposite is likely to happenSo how bad a fuck up do you think there needs to be to result in Boris going?
That's true. Tbf, despite the occasional headline incident, it shows we're a fairly compliant nation really. We've got less of a lockdown than many other countries. Other countries don't let you leave the house without permission yet here we still have non-essential workers travelling to work every day and arguments about who is and isn't allowed to use parks.

rumours abound that Gove sees his opportunity
eg:
it’s not a popular opinion but I stand by it: while “the left” are standing by, “the right” are calculating the next move. That’s why they always win.
“when this is over”- you mean in the same way there was an unbiased & professional inquiry into Hillsborough? Not a chance- they need to be questioned, challenged now because these fucking ghouls will already be calculating how to apportion blame to everyone else while saying “now isn’t the right time”
Can he hold a pint like Johnson? Can he make wisecracks on the spot?
It won’t end here - this government will try and send kids back to school too early, social distancing is utterly impossible in an education setting, and then we just start the cycle of disease spreading all over again.
But such as decision would add to growing list of fuck-ups and incompetence.
Remember at yesterdays briefing when they said loads of PPE was being delivered today, guess what?
Coronavirus: Delivery of 84 tonnes of protective equipment for NHS delayed
Balanced? And then read some of the comments here
around timelines, scientific advice etc to show you should try to retain a balanced view and not necessarily jump to the conclusions based on headlines

As I say, this isn’t a defence of the government (he’s a Lib Dem) it’s a defence of facts
In Denmark primary school classes can’t exceed 28 and the average is 19. Big defence.Denmark has done it for primary school children but has attempted to maintain distancing measures. Ridiculous to attempt in classrooms here often with 30+ children plus teaching staff
Exactly. Would prefer to be up against Boris. The bloke is a fool.Pretty simple explanation, Murdoch / Times back Gove, Telegraph backs Johnson.

'Facts' that most people seem to want to put their own twist on. Can't remember the last time that so many articles can mean so many different things. The article was pasted up so people can read it if they didn’t want to pay for it. Whatever it’s merits it does not deflect away from the bare facts. And this talk of “wait for the inquiry”- you know as well as I know that an inquiry the likes of which you refer to will never, ever happen.
Actually I’d say that the U.K. is failing in three major areas- inept government, lack of any opposition and a compliant & agenda driven media. That’s a recipe for a clusterfuck which is about where we are right now.
