Said with a confidence that could only come from being a member of the Leamington SBSC!

Early warning for anybody planning to travel to Norwich by train via London - there's a bus replacement from Ipswich to Norwich; not the most straightforward journey and likely to take 4-5 hours. Other option by train is via Nuneaton and then change at Peterborough
Proper pain on the arse that is albeit I’m lucky that from Ipswich I can drive

That was deathly dull, one of the worst games of football I've seen in a while.

Really needed someone in the middle to grab that game by the scruff of the neck and demand the ball of the CBs.

Just so lacking in a player that takes the ball on the turn and drives at the opposition. Hamer was great, O’Hare was OK, Palmer did it when he felt like it, none of our current lot are capable whatever their other talents.

The key will be when Lampard has had the a couple of windows to bring in the players he wants.
No he will choose from the players the recruitment team put forward , not the players he wants .

Unless he's got time to scout too

The same recruitment team still btw

Get Rapha on the amphetamines and get him on. I can’t watch us without a single player willing to take him man on for another few weeks.

Feels like 2 points dropped against a winnable game but then again we have no divine right to win. However that’s 2 clean sheets and 4/6 so let’s move on to Cardiff. A win there and that’s a good return.

Feels like we’ve had more injuries this year than normal. Lots of month long plus ones.

Luckily we’ve only got 2 more league games in the next 3 weeks

if we go out of the fa cup who really cares

Surely he'll tell the recruitment team what type of players he's after, not just be offered more of Barnsleys finest

It wasn't a big chance. 🤣

Were you at the game?
Yes thanks. Take it up with Opta fella.

Fwiw, In my opinion, the best opportunity didn't even result in a shot. Seemed to me if Langstaff had been switched on to Thomas's shit back pass he'd have just tapped it past Dovin, would need to see it again though.

As Nan would say ….what a load of old shit!! Absolute negative nonsense from the start and very little ambition to win the game throughout. We really will be lucky to finish about 15th this season. EMC out for weeks now too, what a bag of wank !

Millwall definitely had no enthusiasm to try to win the game. Today seemed like:

Cov: "Let's make sure we dominate possession."
Millwall: "Let's give them all the possession, snuff 'em when needed, then they'll pass around their own half back line to keeper."
Cov: "Whatda we do now with all this possesion? Here Dovin start it over for us."

🤣 Yeah but he didn't, dovin stopped it.

None of anything they had were as good a chance as Rudoni's. I'd rather use my eyes to judge.

It’s been dire. What have you been watching? 0.24 xG at home with 75% possession? They didn’t even try and win the game and got twice that.
Zero flair/creativity through the middle of the pitch.
Crying out for a #10 who can link the middle of the park to the top end/find little pockets of space.

Have a day off 🤣 he will have final say and will know what style of player he wants.

I had to watch the match on my phone so really difficult to pick out individual performances. However, what was apparent to me was how committed we were to the 50:50s in the second half. That was far different to what we were seeing early season under Robins. They really did dig in.
It wasn't pretty but the effort second half was good.

Not sure , did any of them lose one of Europe's best strikers and 2 of the championships best midfielders for their respective positions ? Did they lose their most experienced and best centre half ?
Just for the record, O'Hare is nowhere near the championships best midfielder for his position.

So he will give the recruitment team a profile and they will scout and put players forward for him to choose from , or am I misunderstood here ?

How's the recovery going?
