What's this thread about again?
So I can't read now?
It has been a problem along with comprehension for you on here I've noticed.
I think it was about documents showing players were at some point pre Fisher registered in Limited (as Fisher said at the Forums), but when the club entered administration they were mostly registered in Holdings (as Fisher explained at the Forums) ... and that somehow is evidence that Fisher is a liar.
And nothing to do with Timothy saying that players hadn't been registered in LTD for years?

Oh OK.
So SISU have been great for us. Timmy don't lie. Joy don't lie so the judges have been wrong about her. We love having our club playing home games in Northampton. And nearly forgot the most important one.........Lord is intelligent :thinking about:

Never said that Sisu have been great for us, quite the opposite. Fisher does lie(unfortunately not when he said we would play in Northampton), Joy does lie, pity nobody took any notice of the judges ruling years ago, before they took over when it was brought up isn't? Don't love the fact that we're playing in Northampton.
The last bit is right though!
About time somebody fixed the quote tags
Certainly gave that impression or implied, at least, don't you think? Was that really precisely what he said?

No I don't think he did. My impression was he tried his best to blame the mess on the various accounting practices done by previous managements - including those under sisu.
We are all aware that it is most probably a careful thought and executed plan to escape the Ricoh lease, but still - I can't find the evidence he actually lied.
The documents are not proof he lied.
I wish some rich fucker would "have a punt" on CCFC now.
He was asked at the forum about players being paid by limited this was backed up with photocopies of wage slips he denied it and then passed the question over to the weasel looking accountant.
So yes he did lie live on radio ...
Was that really precisely what he said?

I was at the last of the 3 forums in the summer and a photocopy of PAYE coding notice for the current tax year 2013-14 was being circulated around the room. The employee name had been blanked out but the company employing this person was CCFC Ltd NOT Holdings.
At the first forum Fisher tried to fob people off by saying that wages had been physically paid by Holdings, but this is completely irrelevant for accounting purposes, it's the company that declares the payroll that's the key. If Holdings was paying the wages declared in Limited the payments would just be transferred between the companies via an inter-company account. The cost itself would still be declared in Limited.
PAYE now has to be sumbitted to HMRC every week (if staff have weekly pay slips). The people who do the accounts must know when they log on which company it is that is declaring this information!!! We know as 100% fact that at the start of this tax year CCFC Limited was still declaring some information as we've seen copies of official paperwork from HMRC.
But the 2011 accounts he signed off as "true and fair" certainly did imply and give that impression?
Two things:
1) I am certain Mr Appelton (his staff) has gone through the books with a magnifying glass. If anything illegal was found it will be in his report next week.
2) I largely agree with your post with one exception - It was my understanding Fisher said there was one bank account shared by both companies. As you say it's somewhat irrelevant as costs will be distrinuted internally ... and this could explain the management fees. Fisher also said that as Holdings de facto paid the players wages that gave Holdings beneficial ownership.
And in any case - FL had the players registered in Holdings, so from their POV the players belonged to Holdings.
So did Fisher lie? I still see no evidence.
Yes - certainly.
But as OSB explained yesterday, all the players could actually be in Limited the date the last accounts were signed off. Subsequently new players and new contracts could then be listed in Holdings.
All legal, but surely a well planned and executed strategy to escape the Ricoh lease.
Appleton would look over the accounts with rose coloured spectacles.
If say an expensive £1M player (stay with it !) was transferred from Ltd to Holdings for £1 that could be legal (Sisu may have another way of doing it) but surely not right.
Would he mention it ?
If the players were in Ltd and the Golden share was also there, how did the football league allow, or be misled, the players to be registered in holdings.
Would Appleton point out how this happened?. Does he have too? . Is there some agreement that we only get deducted 10 points if the FL error is kept quiet ?
So many more questions not being answered !!
No they couldn't be listed in holdings as the Golden share was with Ltd.
It cannot be right that players have been transferred into holdings and then Ltd put into administration to get ACL off there back.
Everybody knows what has happened, its not right and someone needs to take up the gauntlet and get rid of these self centred, greedy bastards.
Players may NOT have been transferred from Limited to Holdings as OSB explained yesterday.
Of course the players could be listed in Holdings by FL even if FL gave the GS to Limited. It's an error, and FL have accepted the error was made by them.
Players may NOT have been transferred from Limited to Holdings as OSB explained yesterday.
I don't think everybody knows what has happened. If we did we wouldn't keep keep asking.
But this error has allowed SISU to put Ltd into administration knowing that the players were in holdings and effectively make it not worth bidding on by other parties.
Registering the players in holdings was wrong and the football league should have, post administration, rejected the applications and accepted new applications in Ltd.
Looking on, people could deduce that SISU did this deliberately to get what they wanted.
But there is still no evidence that Fisher has lied.
Timothy said that ACL wouldn't talk to them about a rent reduction so there was no choice but to go to Northampton. They couldn't talk to SISU as the part of the club to be spoken about was in admin and Appleton did as he was told.....although he could have had talks.
He also believed the administration process would be concluded before season start. But it took longer - as some creditors stalled the process and FL took forever to accept they had the players and the GS separated in their register. Delays happens - you can't really say if Fisher really believed the process would be over before season start or if he knew it would take forever. So still no proof of him telling lies.He said we would get more info on this new ground they are having built in a few weeks......a few months ago. No proof it has even got past the picture on the back of a fag packet.
Ah - but players were registered in Holdings - according to FL register!Players were not registered in Holdings as said when we were relegated from the Prem. We all know that as a fact.
I agree, a lot of spin has been put out. But spinning has been used by all stakeholders to promote their own agenda. The truth has been stretched as far as it could be. And this is only with what has come out so far.
Surely the football league should explain what happened.
Would they want to know if they had been misled.
Did SISU try one registration and when it went through, quickly followed through with the others.
FL have since relegation from PL registered our players in Holdings. The Golden Share was registered in Limited. FL explained they considered Holdings and Limited combined as the club. Totally ridiculous explanation, but blame the FL for that.
Surely the £5M worth of players in the last accounts submitted was the whole team and if they were transferred over into holdings after that, be it legally, then would the FL then see proof that it was a planned transfer into holdings and they have been deliberately misled?
Dread to say it, but if this was the case, would we get further points deductions?
Would we accept the points deduction to get rid of SISU? Would they go ?
Personally, I don't give a damn who is in charge as long as we are back in Coventry by Christmas at the latest.
Like all SISU employees, Fisher has been well schooled in the art twisting the truth - or telling outright lies to you and me.
Unfortunately he has the backing of the huge SISU empire to protect him.
He is and always has been a disgrace to the name of Coventry City and we should encourage all efforts to shame him.
CCFC ARE IN DIVISION 3
...under the previous lot I could go and watch...PREMIER LEAGUE FOOTBALL
So what has stopped Otium from sorting out a new ground? They have not been in admin have they. The only part of our club in admin was the one left without assets, plenty of debt and also the contract for the Ricoh.
Have ACL dopped the lawsuit against Northampton. Can't see how they can make plans if there is a risk that ACL win that and they are evicted
