Although we've known this is the likely outcome for a while it still makes me a bit sad knowing Wembley was the last time we saw Vik in Sky Blue. I wish him well but I hope his legacy with us isn't tarnished because of his slimy agent and his not so subtle techniques of forcing a move.

That goal vs Wigan will always be a highlight for me.

Bit weird - personally I don’t begrudge Vik and his representatives getting paid for doing their jobs, which they both seem to be doing pretty well.

Weird? Hardly.

The guy was trying to force us to except a shit bid so he could get his kick back asap by leaking bullshit stories in the media. Making the club look like we were holding Vik against his will. Fuck him.

His job is to get as much money as possible for his client. He doesn’t seem to have done anything illegal, like you’re suggesting.

I know it is. I don't have to like it though do I? And it's certainly not "weird" to not like football agents, is it?

It's odd really...I love Vik to bits, but in the real world, he's done us a massive favour, turning our £1m investment in him into £20m in only 2 years (ok...we've clearly also helped him massively, before anyone has a go !)
Largest fee ever received by the club will help us rebuild stronger with a broader team of good players rather than relying on 1 main man.
Never seen Vik smile so much as in that private jet pic.
i hope it works out for you Vik, and not just because of the large sell on % ;)

Maybe I should've used incentives instead of kickbacks? Anyway dont like the guy. That's it really. Nothing too deep.

Good luck to him, at least there's no chance of him playing against us anytime soon

Vic will go down in our history as one of our best ever strikers.. without a doubt the best since the Premiership days. He wanted to leave, he wanted European football and more money than we could offer. We’ve got to accept and respect that.. and be grateful we saw him grace our shirt. The shit that happens with agents is unfortunately part and parcel of the game now.. we shouldn’t let it cast a shadow over those fucking glorious memories Vic gave us.

Fuckinfillinup
