Israel withdrew from Gaza, look what happened.
I do not understand the 2 state solution when it has been made very clear that 1 state is the only one acceptable, from the river to the sea.

Interesting, you cannot get much harder left than Momentum.
Reminds me of Work will set you free could you say the words can mean something else, of course, but everyone knows what it really means.
I'm aware of that, but the point I was replying to wasThe problem is if you do those sort of maps what date do you choose, go back far enough and there would be no green, and if you look at the Negev well it was pretty much empty.
And you could do a map of the Middle East where there was a lot of blue and is now all green. Baghdad 100 years ago.

From my perspective the name is irrelevant but I do not think they would keep that one.I'm aware of that, but the point I was replying to was
"it has been made very clear that 1 state is the only one acceptable, from the river to the sea."
Looking at the current map then it appears that one state would be Israel.
Maybe they are pandering to the lefty gammons….Why do the media keep reporting the violent EFL, Tommy Robinson, gammon lot as a counter protest?
They’ve spent most of the last week cheerleading the Home Secretary for labelling the protest to stop killing children a hate march and now they’re calling an actual hate march a counter protest. The British press is broken.
Maybe they are pandering to the lefty gammons….
To be fair to the media, the EFL was on a counter protest. It’s a factual statement. Even if we loathe the EFL.
Very happy that the Pro Palestine March happened, even though we all know it was deliberately timed to be provocative. And we all know that behind the naive and well-meaning, there were malign fascists with an anti semitic agenda.
Yes and rightfully so, it’s a free country.Hasnt the march been every Saturday for a while?
Yes and rightfully so, it’s a free country.
But…the organisers knew what they were doing when they continued to schedule it.
I think they had every right to march and protest. But it was a deliberate provocation and slightly hints at the malign actors involved.

Calling for an armistice on armistice day. Next they plan to counter protest the giving of Christmas presents on Christmas Day. Although they plan to box on Boxing Day, so long as there’s some police to attack of course. What was the provocation?
Wasn’t he once an advisor to Boris Johnson?Confirmed that 7th October was fake
I wonder what Hitler's brothers and sister thought of Adolf?Confirmed that 7th October was fake
Not actually sure what piers morgan achieves by pushing Jeremy corbyn on that matter anywayI wonder what Hitler's brothers and sister thought of Adolf?
I haven't watched the clip, but trust that it is anti-Semitic.
What that has to do with Jeremy Corbyn though I have no idea.
My brother and I are complete opposites.
And as for the Piers Morgan thing, that was Corbyn hist being a politician.
It drives me crazy, but they all do it and all avoid the bloody question put to them, or always go around the houses
Really annoys me. Jeremy Corbyn's brother though so not Jeremy Corbyn.

I think it was one of the clearest illustrations yet of how Corbyn’s world view is radically different from the political mainstream, and was well worth doing. Not actually sure what piers morgan achieves by pushing Jeremy corbyn on that matter anyway
What is that though,a return to the homeland or ethnic cleansing? The problem is if you do those sort of maps what date do you choose, go back far enough and there would be no green, and if you look at the Negev well it was pretty much empty.

The price paid for having an opinion and actually expressing it I suppose.I think it was one of the clearest illustrations yet of how Corbyn’s world view is radically different from the political mainstream, and was well worth doing.

You make it sound like he was hard done by?The price paid for having an opinion and actually expressing it I suppose.
On the contrary, I agree politicians should be pressed to say what they really think. But when you see what happens to the few who are transparent about it, you see why so many end up being Starmer-esque fence sitters. You make it sound like he was hard done by?
Personally I think it’s good if the people who want to govern us are pushed for their opinions on important stuff.
Fully agreeThe irony is his suppressed opinion about brexit did for him in the end
Well to be clear, it’s not Corbyn’s honesty that I think is the problem here. Not much point in lauding the honest if their honestly-held opinions are total garbage. On the contrary, I agree politicians should be pressed to say what they really think. He thinks that calling Hamas terrorists undermines his support for Palestine. If only everyone in the world were this generous, the Middle East crisis would be solved overnight! He thinks that calling Hamas terrorists undermines his support for Palestine. He’s wrong, but his wavering on the question tells you he privately agrees that they are.
More respect for someone who gives their honest opinion than one who plays to the audience.
If he really thought they weren’t, he would say so. He does, but doesn’t want to say it-he’s mistaken but I see his thought process. If only everyone in the world were this generous, the Middle East crisis would be solved overnight!
So to sum up, Corbyn didn’t say what he actually believes for tactical reasons, but you admire his ability to speak his honest opinion? If he really thought they weren’t, he would say so. He does, but doesn’t want to say it-he’s mistaken but I see his thought process.

At this point it’s hard to know what Starmer actually believes in.The current labour leader sucked up to his foreign policy idealogy when he was in his shadow cabinet - now he’s sacking the jew hating cronies like Naz Shah it seems
